Moudi's Lecker Garten — Restaurant in Zurich

I got the ‘Mezzeh für mich‘ and my friend got the ‘Mezzeh Burger‘. It all looked good on the plate but the taste was very very poor. The babaganush had a bad aftertaste, the bread was very hard. I would rate the hummus 5/10. I also thaught I would get enough kafta for that price but it was just two very very small pieces of kafta like as big as my thumb and super dry and poor in taste and the falafel was the biggest falafel I ever saw so I got excited for the taste but instead it was so crunchy and almost empty inside and there dripped a lot of oil from it when I took a bite. It was very bad. Me and my friend work both in restaurants and have been tasting food everywhere and we can tell if the cook put love in his dish but this one was not the case at all. You really don‘t get the worth of your money. I would not make it cheaper but I would put more quality in it. The quality was zero. And the older guy from the service... he made me feel awkward everytime he said something and my friend was not allowed to sit next to me because otherwise he was ‘too close‘ to the table next to us and that was not allowed because of the corona. Went to Moudis Lecker Cafe as the terrace is very cute and cozy in the summer. We ordered some platters to share and some drinks (around 60 chf each). The food was not bad but something happened at the end of the dinner that made my stomach churn - one of the male waiters who was serving various tables came out with a big tray full of platters, he served it to a table and I'm guessing accidentally got some food on his thumb and index finger. He turned around to go back in and just inserted first the thumb and then the index finger in his mouth fully licking both - he then went in quickly and came out after 20 seconds with another tray. When serving the platters he was putting his thumb and index fingers on every single little plate spreading his saliva and germs everywhere. This kind of stuff is always absolutely unacceptable but especially now in COVID times it's disturbing to see this kind of behaviour (especially if I'm forced to disinfect my hands before sitting down). I went to this place twice, and both experiences were totally different. The first time, the service and food were good. The second time, I had the feeling of being in a different place. I immediately sensed a huge sense of stress from the main waiter (he was alone, but the restaurant was half empty for the whole time we were there). So I tried to have my sympathy (even if I believe the customer should never sense only stress). I waited nearly 40 minutes for my drink (my partner received his). For some reason, the mezze which were supposed to arrive warm weren’t that warm, and those meant to be cold came in hot plates (maybe just washed).
