今日第二度前往貴店兌換2023就購買的寄杯飲品，兩次店員皆以「目前公司沒有推出該品項所以不能兌換」，我提出更換等值飲品要求，店員說還要再問過公司才可以確定能不能換，所以我想請問貴司何時會推出該品項讓消費者可以兌換預售的商品。 一家上市櫃公司預售一杯65元的飲品，當時店員推銷說是無限期，結果我跑了兩趟無果店員也很無奈，想打給消基會投訴還要等上班時間，商品錢我已經付了，沒有品項是公司的問題不是消費者的問題，希望貴司能檢討改進。

8/16約下午1:50分左右去貴店購買一個約430元的小蛋糕，沒有穿制服穿灰色上衣綁馬尾的小姐（感覺是主管或是加盟店長）態度不知道在差幾點的？雖然說只有買小蛋妳問我大約幾個人我回答約7-8個人你一臉疑惑加上口氣不耐煩的口氣跟我說我們只會提供6個餐盤，要再加購一組餐盤，請問我會知道你們原本提供幾個餐盤嗎？？我也沒要求說可以免費提供給我，不夠要我再加購買餐具我能接受，但妳跟我應對的態度、口氣真的讓我當下很想直接轉頭走人不買，要不是我原先跟別家預定的蛋糕店開天窗我也不想說剛好順路貴店可以直接買，以後絕對不會再到貴店消費，本身也是餐飲服務業的主管我能體諒你們的辛苦，但當下現場也才三組客人態度有必要這樣嗎！？，因為評論需要一顆星要不然我連一顆星都不想給，看了之前的評論如果你們服務態度不再改善，那我預祝貴店能...
