阿樓師火雞肉飯 — Restaurant in Chiayi

Some of the best turkey rice I've had, period. The meat, sauce, and even others like entree and soups are all on point, and it's cheap to eat here too. The only downside is the wait, and if you pick the wrong time, there's gonna be a lot of waiting involved, but trust me it's worth it. Also a fun side note, they come to your table on checkout to directly count the prices and stuff, if you run into the owner (you'll know who he is) doing it for your table, you'll never forget how he do additions ever, he does this rapid number mumbling thing that adds everything up super quick, it's fun watching...

The turkey rice was quite good and well-known. The staff and service were friendly and attentive.

However, I have mixed feelings about it. I had been looking forward to trying it for a while, especially since I had attempted to buy it three times before. I finally succeeded this time, but it was somewhat disappointing. I might have had too many expectations, which affected my experience. Turkey rice was really good, they know their stuff here for sure. The owner is super friendly and a human calculator, amazing to watch him remember every detail of an order for a table of 5 and count it off like and auctioneer.
