這是家15席座位的小而美生義大麵專賣店 店內每天只提供3-4種口味的生義大利麵 但會不定期改換口味,也算是常客友善。 甜點也是只有三個選項,但低消不會強制規定必點一杯飲料,僅餐點or飲料擇一即可,在眾多咖啡廳低消規定中算十分和善。
我十分喜歡這盤「鯷魚蕃茄小捲麵 $360 」 鑊氣十足的小捲、鮮脆清甜的櫛瓜、個性十足味道獨特的鯷魚恰到好處的鹹鮮、融合蕃茄的酸甜,讓生義大利麵完美巴住收汁得宜的麵醬,令人急呼呼的下叉捲起一口口生麵,口感很real !沒有一般風乾義大利麵那股味道,相對充滿水潤嚼感,好不美味!也令人回味~
「羅馬風培根蛋黃麵 $320 」 這盤也是我們很愛的口味! 煎得焦脆的厚培根,香氣十足,搭上蛋黃醬巴住的生麵條,還要灑得滿滿如雪的鹹味羅馬Pecorino Cheese,口味令人好生喜歡~ 這”一人廚房”的Chef,還真有兩把刷子!
對了!店內的阿里山烏龍也非常香! 喝得出用的是好茶來著~
