This is the best food we had in all of Taiwan! Highly recommended! We were here for dinner and it was defintely an exquisite fine dining experience! We had a vegetarian 9 course meal including some contemporary and some traditional dishes! The chishang rice risotto was the best risotto i ever had, even besting michelin star risottos from the OG mothercountry in italy! 5/5

是內向I人不會被打擾的店（褒義），店內牆上是攝影師沈逸欣的攝影作品，透過鏡頭看見的台東，有種靜謐的美 3月到店裡享用事前預約的晚餐，整體有種日本人喜歡的那種職人感，從進庭院開始，就可以感覺到每一個小角落都有用心整理，乾淨整齊，連料理用的香草都是在自己庭院種的，也有使用在地嚴選的食材、在地有機桑葉茶（好喜歡喔而且無咖啡因很適合作為晚安茶），整個套餐吃下來，每一道都很滿意，而且私廚菜單會一直更換，所以不再贅述（咦這樣好嗎） 總之老闆很有品味，每道餐之間口味的搭配都有考慮到，很和諧，晚餐最後收尾選用覺茶的桑葉茶（台東在地自栽有機無咖啡因），這種小細節都有留意，真的太愛了，整套吃完是完美的八分飽，不會影響睡眠，也對台東留下很棒的印象 因為我本身是葷轉素，喜歡不吃肉也能品嚐到葷食的美味，平常喜歡吃素炸醬麵、素蚵仔煎之類的，這次在榷谷用餐，很驚喜的發現每道菜都是食材本身的原味，可以說是「本來就應該沒有肉才好吃」的感覺，喔喔喔好喜歡，也喜歡每個食材都被好好對待的感覺❤️ 謝謝老闆的用心，下次來台東會在回訪～

My wife is vegetarian and found this hidden gem in Chishang, where we were extremely fortunate enough to experience and enjoy their CNY menu.

Huge respect to Chef for preparing, serving, and explaining this 6-course meal all by himself. The risotto was stellar, and cooked amazingly well (not overcooked like a lot of places in Taiwan).

I'm not even vegetarian, but I would definitely go again if I were in the area for another visit.
