I was told it's very difficulty to reserve a spot during weekend or holiday. It's much easier during weekday like we did.
The best way to enjoy here is go for menu less meal set, where they serve the dishes based on what materials best from local market or garden. However, based on the photos from other reviewer, the dishes seems to be the same.
