This is one of the most charming bars in Taipei. I came here randomly the first time and fell in love with the atmosphere, and the creative cocktails (the red bean foam one is a favorite!). The highlight is definitely the friendliness and characters of the proprietors. You can tell how much care and personality they put into the place. It was lovely to hear about the stories behind each drink, their experiences in Hong Kong and Taipei. This Bistro is on a different level. Their BBQ pork (Char Siu) reminds me of the Iberian one from 6-star Ritz Carlton. Cocktails are also world class. There’s a famous signature drink “Cha Chaan Teng” geez I ordered 3. It’s insanely good and all neighbours love it. Completely blown away by their dedication and attentive hospitality. 🌟陳皮油封鴨腿佐馬鈴薯泥及羽衣甘藍 $540 這絕對是目前吃到最最好吃的油封鴨腿，製作工序繁瑣為私房料理 來這間必點！ 以多種法式香料例如迷迭香、百里香...等及橘皮醃釀鴨，直到鴨肉達到可以輕易被戳開的軟嫩感，油封鴨腿搭配一旁所附綿密細緻帶有些許奶香薯泥 美味更上一層樓，另外橘皮釀鴨，剩餘果肉不浪費 榨汁後以特殊技術封成珍珠感，點綴之虞 還可以增添清爽感，再搭配清脆羽衣甘藍菜，整體真的是豎大拇指👍😋

🌟手打肉餅串 $200/ 2串 點了兩個口味分別是孜然、蔥鹽 ，手打肉餅串口感剛剛好的紮實感完全不乾口 一口咬下肉汁溢出 ，孜然擁有淡淡香氣，蔥鹽超涮嘴 🤤
