I've been coming here since I could crawl. Pre-COVID the quality of food went down hill (5 years ago), this time it has gone downhill even further, including the service.

When you pay for such a price for a meal you are paying for the quality of the produce, service, atmosphere and finesse. Sadly I have mostly negative to say about this expensive experience.

The cutleries were dirty (as in solid dried food - not good) Tea was not refilled, and there was a general lack of service Peking duck, nicely roasted. It was not wrapped and portioned (which they use to back in the days). The pancake that went with the peking duck was sticky, holey and ripped left right and centre. Too much meat in the stirred fried duck and green bean sprout (no balance). Too much bone in the soup (back in the days they would package and let us take away the extra bones and only put in enough in the soup) The sea cucumber came out way too quickly which was reflected in the lack of flavor of the dish, felt like we were eating a flavourless harden jelly The spring onion on the braised fish head was so dried, seems like it has been left out since the day before They used the bottom part of the yellow chive which made the texture unpleasant with the eel The classic stir fried prawn was not river prawn and was hard and chewy xiao long bao was okay

We came at lunch time on a week day that wasn't particularly busy. It breaks my heart to say we will no longer come back to this beloved restaurant, this is a sad farewell not just for me but for my extended...

1.帶位失禮:家族慶生聚餐,事先預訂5大1小且訂了烤鴨及豬腳麵線,ㄧ到場帶位年輕女服務員喊顧客名字便大聲喊錯,這是5星級飯店餐廳帶位員該有的禮貌? 唸錯超大聲;道歉超小聲,水準在哪? 2.給桌失當:我方光預訂菜色已有ㄧ定份量,5大1小店家只給了4人小方桌外拉成圓桌,光放茶杯、果汁杯和每人碗盤放完「根本沒剩多少位置」ㄧ鴨y吃完全無法同步在桌上,豬腳麵線原本的澎派大器,根本連上桌都沒上,只能被分小碗分裝。 3.上菜速度失準、前後台溝通出問題:就餐廳給的桌過小,我們已叫前台服務員通知後台廚房出菜ㄧ定要減緩速度,「因為這張小桌子根本放不下點的菜肴」,而前台後台不管是誰沒做好,我們ㄧ直被「接二連三漫上來」的菜餚淹沒,不停的被分裝!ㄧ個七十幾歲長輩慶生聚餐ㄧ場,真是拜餐廳所賜有夠掃興!爾後不管家族還是長輩慶壽聚餐,絕對不考慮江南春! 人均單價消費nt1500元以上,顧客值得被尊重及有適合大小的用餐桌位!

A terrible dining experience! We ordered this restaurant and pre-order a roast duck along with pork knuckle noodle (food size is for 10 people)aiming to celebrate the birthday of my old father. Our group is a total of 6 people (5 adults and 1 three-year-old) , the female waitress not only rudely pronounced my sister’s name in wrong way but lead our family to a table only about for four! What’s the meaning of make a reservation for a week ago indeed ?unbelievable!

The table was so narrow that almost every dish we ordered is “forced “to divide into small bowls instead of using original plate on the table. What is more, even we told the waiter to slow down the pace of serving meal because there isn’t enough space on the table, the dishes still one by one appeared so urgently. The restaurant servers totally ignored the need of customers.

All in all, it’s an unforgettable but unacceptable dining experience that the restaurant is the least to be recommended for Chinese food in Taipei. If you are willing to pay almost 2 thousand NT dollars per person , trust me , you deserve to be treated in polite care and have a “suitable “ area to enjoy meals with your...

This is an excellent restaurant with value for money. The dishes are priced reasonably and most of them are delicious. We recommend the pork dishes (ham 蜜汁火腿ribs 無錫排骨or just lean pork). The stewed beef (蒸牛腩) is also really good. We ordered a small portion of soup (醃篤鮮)by mistake (should have been big portion. The restaurant offered to refill soup twice without charging us as there were 10 diners. The service is friendly, prompt and polite. We recommend this restaurant for anyone who loves Zhejiang,...

已經幾十年沒有去福華的江南村用過餐了。母親節的中午外甥訂位在江南村,體驗了一次很特別的用餐經驗。 我們一共7位,其中我是吃鍋邊素的。沒有點母親節套餐,單點如下: 清炒河蝦仁 醉雞 寧式鱔糊 蔥燒子排6支 白果白菜 竹笙角瓜(中份) 蝦仁炒飯 白菜炒年糕 銀絲卷(2) 上了醉雞和寧式鱔糊2道菜以後,馬上覺得菜的份量有點小,所以跟服務人員說可不可以把白果白菜換成大的。那位穿著黑色領班西服戴眼鏡的服務人員並沒有去看看是不是已經做了,或是可不可以換成大的,直接就說“可能已經做了,沒辦法換成大的了”。我沒有堅持,感覺他的態度不是很好,體諒他或許是因為今天母親節很忙。 等竹笙角瓜上桌了,我覺得好鹹喔!就讓姐姐和外甥嘗一下,他們也覺得真的是太鹹了,就決定要退貨。和正準備上菜的女服務員說這個菜太鹹了,她的反應是:“好的,我會跟廚房反應”?! 我說:不是反應,是要重做一份。於是就收走了。過了一會兒,一位年輕穿著紅色制服的男性服務員走過來跟我說:“剛才那一份竹笙角瓜我有請廚房師父試過,他也說確實太鹹了,所以會重做一份過來。我覺得他的服務態度真的值得嘉獎,因為其實重做過直接送上來也是可以,特別過來說一聲是很周到的服務態度。 沒有想到的是,一會兒,那位穿著黑色領班西服戴眼鏡的服務人員送上了絲瓜,嘴裡說著:“這是重新調過味的角瓜”。我聽著奇怪,沒有反應過來,感覺有點不對。還跟坐在邊上的老公說:“欸?他說重新調味的耶?不會是原來那一份吧?!”我老公還開玩笑的說“哈哈,拿去用開水洗洗在送上來”。結果,把轉盤轉過來一看,還真是小小一份,似乎比拿回去的份量還少,然後吃起來真的是用水洗過的味道😯!本來想把那位穿著黑色領班西服戴眼鏡的服務人員叫過來詢問,為什麼年輕穿著紅色制服的男性服務員說是重做一份,可是你送來的卻說是“重新調味過的”?可是有考慮到這會不會因為穿西服的位階比較高,而影響到穿紅色制服的年輕人呢?也不想影響到大家的用餐情緒,就忍著沒說。但覺得是穿著黑色領班西服戴眼鏡的服務人員似乎是覺得我們沒有叫母親節套餐,對我們另眼相看了。 用完餐決定去找江南春的經理反應。但是經理忙著給顧客結帳,所以就坐著在等。結果不知道誰去通知了穿紅色制服的年輕人,他過來了解了一下事情的原委,結果他完全不知道給我們送上來的不是重新做的,而是重新調味的。這時候經理忙完了,過來了解了狀況,也明白的說本來就應該要重做的,調味是不應該的。以後會加強員工訓練。其實穿著黑色領班西服戴眼鏡的服務人員並不是領班而是新調過來的人還沒有新制服,暫時穿著舊制服而已。 但是我要求經理叫那一位穿著黑色領班西服戴眼鏡的服務人員過來當面員工教育,免得只是說說而已,並且跟我解釋一下,為什麼明明應該是要新作一份卻變成了調味了送回來?難道是他擅自叫廚房重新調味把舊的送回來,然後自己留著新的那一份了嗎?新的那一份到哪裡去了呢? 在經理和我面前,穿著黑色領班西服戴眼鏡的服務人員說確實有一份新的,也有這份重新調味的,那時也弄不清楚是誰的😮😮😮。我的天呀!重新調味的難道甚至於有可能是別人的嗎?!OOXX!福華怎麼變成這個樣子了?事實上,在來來回回和廚房及每個相關員工確認狀況經理為了維護公司和員工吧,自己也翻來覆去地說了許多矛盾的話,還好在我當場指出來的時候他也不好意思的承認了。 雖然我要求他們重新給我做了一份竹笙角瓜打包,但是我那裡敢吃?已經讓我不信任到怕裡面有口水了。 希望福華飯店的高層會看到這一篇,好好研究一下管理上出了什麼問題。莫怪從前天天在那裡走動的我,會已經那麼久沒去了。

已經幾十年沒有去福華的江南村用過餐了。母親節的中午外甥訂位在江南村,體驗了一次很特別的用餐經驗。 我們一共7位,其中我是吃鍋邊素的。沒有點母親節套餐,單點如下: 清炒河蝦仁 醉雞 寧式鱔糊 蔥燒子排6支 白果白菜 竹笙角瓜(中份) 蝦仁炒飯 白菜炒年糕 銀絲卷(2) 上了醉雞和寧式鱔糊2道菜以後,馬上覺得菜的份量有點小,所以跟服務人員說可不可以把白果白菜換成大的。那位穿著黑色領班西服戴眼鏡的服務人員並沒有去看看是不是已經做了,或是可不可以換成大的,直接就說“可能已經做了,沒辦法換成大的了”。我沒有堅持,感覺他的態度不是很好,體諒他或許是因為今天母親節很忙。 等竹笙角瓜上桌了,我覺得好鹹喔!就讓姐姐和外甥嘗一下,他們也覺得真的是太鹹了,就決定要退貨。和正準備上菜的女服務員說這個菜太鹹了,她的反應是:“好的,我會跟廚房反應”?! 我說:不是反應,是要重做一份。於是就收走了。過了一會兒,一位年輕穿著紅色制服的男性服務員走過來跟我說:“剛才那一份竹笙角瓜我有請廚房師父試過,他也說確實太鹹了,所以會重做一份過來。我覺得他的服務態度真的值得嘉獎,因為其實重做過直接送上來也是可以,特別過來說一聲是很周到的服務態度。 沒有想到的是,一會兒,那位穿著黑色領班西服戴眼鏡的服務人員送上了絲瓜,嘴裡說著:“這是重新調過味的角瓜”。我聽著奇怪,沒有反應過來,感覺有點不對。還跟坐在邊上的老公說:“欸?他說重新調味的耶?不會是原來那一份吧?!”我老公還開玩笑的說“哈哈,拿去用開水洗洗在送上來”。結果,把轉盤轉過來一看,還真是小小一份,似乎比拿回去的份量還少,然後吃起來真的是用水洗過的味道😯!本來想把那位穿著黑色領班西服戴眼鏡的服務人員叫過來詢問,為什麼年輕穿著紅色制服的男性服務員說是重做一份,可是你送來的卻說是“重新調味過的”?可是有考慮到這會不會因為穿西服的位階比較高,而影響到穿紅色制服的年輕人呢?也不想影響到大家的用餐情緒,就忍著沒說。但覺得是穿著黑色領班西服戴眼鏡的服務人員似乎是覺得我們沒有叫母親節套餐,對我們另眼相看了。 用完餐決定去找江南春的經理反應。但是經理忙著給顧客結帳,所以就坐著在等。結果不知道誰去通知了穿紅色制服的年輕人,他過來了解了一下事情的原委,結果他完全不知道給我們送上來的不是重新做的,而是重新調味的。這時候經理忙完了,過來了解了狀況,也明白的說本來就應該要重做的,調味是不應該的。以後會加強員工訓練。其實穿著黑色領班西服戴眼鏡的服務人員並不是領班而是新調過來的人還沒有新制服,暫時穿著舊制服而已。 但是我要求經理叫那一位穿著黑色領班西服戴眼鏡的服務人員過來當面員工教育,免得只是說說而已,並且跟我解釋一下,為什麼明明應該是要新作一份卻變成了調味了送回來?難道是他擅自叫廚房重新調味把舊的送回來,然後自己留著新的那一份了嗎?新的那一份到哪裡去了呢? 在經理和我面前,穿著黑色領班西服戴眼鏡的服務人員說確實有一份新的,也有這份重新調味的,那時也弄不清楚是誰的😮😮😮。我的天呀!重新調味的難道甚至於有可能是別人的嗎?!OOXX!福華怎麼變成這個樣子了?事實上,在來來回回和廚房及每個相關員工確認狀況經理為了維護公司和員工吧,自己也翻來覆去地說了許多矛盾的話,還好在我當場指出來的時候他也不好意思的承認了。 雖然我要求他們重新給我做了一份竹笙角瓜打包,但是我那裡敢吃?已經讓我不信任到怕裡面有口水了。 希望福華飯店的高層會看到這一篇,好好研究一下管理上出了什麼問題。莫怪從前天天在那裡走動的我,會已經那麼久沒去了。
