艾德蒙汀麵包生活館 — Restaurant in Da'an District

A surprisingly good find in the Da’an neighbourhood. Had the triple decker tuna French toast sandwich which was tasty and the house specialty coffee cheese bread. The style of bread baked here is an Asian hybrid of Japanese and European baking techniques where the bread is generally softer in texture. The staff on duty were very professional to the point where they carefully repacked bread that been sliced to smaller portions using hand gloves. Even when I asked for a piece from my own roll, they were adamant to prevent contamination of the main bag and took a piece to put into another bag for me.
