People come here for the rather low prices for pasta, which means foreign cuisine here in Taiwan. Look closer! It’s not just that. The chef couple, they cook every plate (bow) of pasta from scratch. They make their sauces out of basil, half-term milk, pesto, and so on. No chemicals additives are in your bowl, that's for sure. The flavors might be a bit under or plain, but that's what pasta is supposed to be in Italy.

My sons said..... it was good!! We are in the new one near NCCU and the food is very great and quick as well! Good price and the bowl is pretty good size! NCCU students have discount and welcome to bring your own tableware to use and also get discount too! Come to enjoy home style paste!

I ordered a basic tomato sauce pasta. I love it with much cheese. I felt the sauce was light taste. Personally, I like thicker sauce but it depends on personal preference. The pasta itself was OK - far better than normal Taiwan local pastas. Anyway the price was all TWD115. It is great to eat such past for such good price. 台湾大学の横に大きな綺麗な通り(新生南路)があり、そこにあるパスタとリゾットの専門の小さなお店。一応カウンターが4席あるのでその場でも食べられますが、いずれにしても紙容器だし持ち帰りがメイン。メニューはどれも115元。お得に食べられるとあって学生以外からも人気です。気分的にチーズたっぷりの濃いものを食べたかったので注文した定番のトマトソースは確かにチーズたっぷり。ただしソースの水分は多めなので、ガッツリ感は少な目でした。麺はその辺のローカル店よりかなり良い。この値段でちゃんとしたパスタが食べられるのは嬉しい。ひとりメシにアリ。

It is located beside Taiwan University (on Xinsheng North Road). The place is very small with only 4 seats at the counter. I think most of the customers take it home. It was the first time that I ate this traditional pasta with such a friendly price here. I've moved to New Taipei but I really miss garlic and oil spaghetti they serve that I cooked it by myself once. It's super simple to make but you need to pay attention to how you deal with the ingredients. That's why I really respect you guys. You are doing...
