SoHo Pasta is one of the best mid-range pasta places in Taipei. They have the usual flavors of pasta served in Taiwan, pesto clam, bolognese, etc. but they also have some unique combinations. The smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, cheese, and capers in a cold, citrusy dill-flavored sauce is exquisite. If you do come on the weekend you may need to wait for a while for your food, but the wait is worth it. The staff are cheerful...

Weirdest pasta and soup I had. Ordered their wild mushroom soup and "crispy garlic bacon with cili oil pasta". Overwhelmed, not in a pleasant way, in my opinion of course. Staff seemed nice though. Maybe they have a "fusion of Italian and Taiwanese...

今天被約在這邊集合 餐廳外觀是老房子去改建，走一個小溫馨的風格，店內簡單乾淨，溫度很舒適，沒有因為是開放式廚房就很熱或是油煙味很重，這點很加分。 餐點主要以義大利麵為主，其他則有四款燉飯、一款飯食及一款馬鈴薯，餐點加套餐可以湯、麵包、沙拉三選一，這個套餐略顯尷尬，畢竟我會想複選卻沒有這個選項。 這次點了青醬蛤蜊義大利麵、白酒蛤蜊義大利麵、紅茄乳酪煙燻鮭魚、火爆松子羅勒辣椒；套餐則點了羅宋湯、玉米濃湯、南瓜濃湯。 ◆ 青醬蛤蜊義大利麵：青醬的九層塔味道滿濃郁的，因此在吃醬時還可以感受到纖維感，讓人有一種新鮮現打醬的感覺。蛤蜊很新鮮，整碗麵的醬充斥著海的鹹鮮，滿推薦的。 ◆ 白酒蛤蜊義大利麵：本以為是清炒的義大利麵，上桌才發現有一層奶醬，說實在白酒香氣並不明顯，吃起來更像白醬義大利麵。 ◆ 紅茄乳酪煙燻鮭魚：茄汁味道很好，是新鮮感比較多的紅醬，沒有蕃茄醬的甜膩感，燻鮭魚香氣很棒，搭配起來滿溫順。 ◆ 火爆松子羅勒辣椒：香料香氣很足，搭配鹹口的培根很適合，是一道重口味的義大利麵。 ◆ 羅宋湯、玉米濃湯、南瓜濃湯：湯普遍夜市感很重，味道很淡、質感滿水的，我自己滿不推薦。 整體來說是屬於CP值高的餐廳，偶而想吃義大利麵又不想花大錢可以選擇。

（2023/11/23用餐） 美味料多份量足，高CP值的平價義大利麵。 平日晚上7:30左右抵達，兩位不需要排隊，但店內幾乎是滿的。感覺客群是學生居多。 店內以、擺放餐具、紅茶放置處、甚至廁所都保持乾燥+很乾淨。 服務生人員很親切，也主動提醒我們店內有免費紅茶可以享用（而且沒收服務費呢！） 紅茶蠻好喝的，甜度很低，適合解膩。 玉米濃湯 料很多，湯濃郁，普通好喝。 麵包 他們家麵包超級好吃，尤其上餐桌時裡面還是熱的又Q彈，麵包外層也不會過硬，入口還嚐得到香氣。 會想為了麵包回訪的那種好吃☺️ 青醬鯷魚蘑菇義大利麵 蘇活的青醬超新鮮好吃，$200多塊可以吃到這樣的品質真的很不容易🥹收汁也收得很剛好！鯷魚以台灣人口味來說可能偏鹹，但本人很愛👍🏿 菜單上這道菜是有一顆辣椒的圖示（我覺得就是會辣的意思？）但是吃的時候完全沒有辣感，這道如果有辣味應該會很完美！ 下次回訪點餐時會再主動確認想加辣這件事。
