Just Sleep Taipei NTU — Hotel in Taipei

We stayed in Just Sleep for 4 nights from May 4th till May 8th with 2 kids. My first one's 7th birthday was on May 7th. I bought small pieces of cakes from dinner the day before and asked the staff to provide on the bday morning (breakfast at Just Italian). They not only provided but decorated with chocolate syrup, gummy bears and M&Ms. My kid was so moved he almost cried. Staffs were so kind enough to print out the pic and displayed in the room when we came back in evening, with the balloon decoration in Korean bday message as in the pic attached. Room was also so clean everyday, location was great to all famous destinations. This trip to Taipei was first overseas trip for my kids and they fell in love with this country and first one will forever cherish his 7th bday in Just Sleep. Thank you so much ! Currently staying at JS NTU (7 nights stay). Good room, price and location. Service somewhat lacking, young staff poorly trained. I asked front desk receptionist for assistance to microwave some buns — most boutique hotels have microwave for use which JS has not. She was somewhat impatient and indifferent and asked me to talk to the restaurant on 2nd floor (brushing me off). The restaurant staff there was also unsure but agreed to help eventually.
