Awful food and awful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Firstly, when we placed an order for a starter, mains salad and a soft shell crab burger, we were informed the soft shell crab burger would take 20 minutes. We requested that if the soft shell crab burger took 20 minutes that they held preparation of the salad so it could be served at the same time as the burger. A simple request we thought, but our expectations were quickly dashed when the waitress said the food would be "ready when it's ready" and refused our request.

Secondly, despite the veggie quesadilla starter being a positive, it sharply went downhill soon after that. The salad arrived, with black overcooked, one would say burnt, bacon pieces that were inedible. The soft shell burger while looking impressive failed to live up to its looks. It was filled with a wedge of lettuce that hadn't been dried properly, therefore the water from the lettuce soaked the entire burger, all the way down to the bottom bun causing it to be incredibly soggy to eat. It also lacked any flavour because there was no accompanying sauce.

Lastly, we put our concerns on a feedback form. However, when the feedback form was handed to the manager, he was more concerned about taking our money than listening to our feedback.

My absolute favorite is the 地中海蛋捲 Mediterranean Omelette — flavorful, satisfying, and packed with just the right balance of ingredients. I also really enjoy their Potatoes O’Brien, which are cooked perfectly with that mix of crispy edges and soft, flavorful bites.
