One of the best all-you-can-eat bbq and hotpot restaurants in Taipei that I have ever been to. The price is worth the quality, very good. This restaurant provides a variety of meat choices and a variety of set meals that can be enjoyed together with unlimited drinks and desserts. I like the ambiance in this restaurant, very calm and warm. The waiters are also quite good, but out of three waiters, there is one who is quite unfriendly to customers. This is a bit disappointing. Actually we enjoyed our food but the problem is they have a very bad service.. I'm with my friend and we had dinner that time, Its 12/23/2020. The staff was really impolite because in the first place we our foreigners we can't speak mandarin really well but still we are trying. They suppose to explain us how we are going to order but she just give us the menu to choose the price. And they look unhappy to serve us and not even friendly. We will never comeback and we will not recommend this to our friends.. The staff was...

極雷，初訪～但不會再有下次消費機會了！ 請相信google消費評價，我是完全被雷爆了，才回頭看4點多顆星內容怎麼來的，根本完全是之前店家活動洗上去的。 訂9/8週四的17:00(中秋連假前)兩人消費點了689再一成共1,516，綜整自2年前的留言直到自身經歷，從沒有一家燒烤店讓我們坐下來後不到半小時就想走人的。 1.一位看來較資深的女員工帶位後，什麼都沒好好介紹，就直接問吃什麼價位，想要吃鴛鴦鍋的話，抱歉還得從689以上套餐才能選；好，我們就選這價位的吧，選定人就走了，也沒告知自助吧在哪，是我們自己再問另一位店員的！ 2.沒多久資深女員工收別桌盤回我們隔壁區，不知態度在差哪幾一國的，摔的之大力，忍不住尚在等餐的我們抬頭轉看她一眼。 3.接下來就是吃的一肚子火的開始，才幾點～(APP點餐)有食材已售完ex.台灣豬五花、醬淋豬五花等，傻眼…我真不知花689吃什麼心酸的。 4.真如評價：火鍋不會主動加湯，反正今天也不是以湯湯水水為主，鍋子不燒到底，也不用加了，就等你們高興時吧！ 5.真如評價：APP不知送多少單出去了，就是等～等～等～他們就故意上的很慢，好幾輪連烤爐這邊也是空燒時間居多，中間真的有讓我忍不住去催單過。 6.好，等烤品的空檔去自助吧倒飲料、想夾火鍋料，只有寒酸可形容了。 7.真如評價：有些肉品上了，真的是冷凍的；每次訂單只能點8樣，一樣食材數量就是1(份量依店家心情囉)，想吃的食材還無法點數量2或以上，因為數量鍵設計1就是1，很故意。 8.真如評價：服務很差～很差～中途有訂單問題攔了第一位女店員，直接對我視而不見走掉，攔了第二位女店員不等我的問題問完，也沒叫我稍等一下也走她的，等了好一會兒才看到她拿著平板來核對。 9.真如評價：不會主動換鐵網，直到吃完離開前，我自己至少舉手五次請人換掉的。 10.真如評價：它的食材品質對不起價位，不少肉品很乾很柴，真的咬不了、吞不下肚，只能丟垃圾桶，絲瓜其實也在(當菜瓜布的)危險邊緣。 11.真如評價：最後加點也用APP限制，如果自己忘了超時，就只能找店員，還要看店家心情給不給加點呢！(這次遇到超時不給我點，我硬是拿出APP訊息，是它叫我洽店員的耶～店員可能去問店長，才勉強用平板替我們加點) 12.贊同兩則留言所言，雖然不會再去了，但有必要把店家行為告知出來；若不信，仍可去吃，若遇到上述情況，你會感同身受，若遇到服務好，那就是那天店家、店員心情好，你也很幸運。 總之吃的很火大，要不是沒有零顆星可給，給一顆真的是嫌多了，這種店還能存在也是絕了。
