Hence we had opportunity to try various dishes here. 😋

From sushi, sashimi of different fish, grilled fish, fresh oysters, don bowls, abalone, sea urchin, sweet shrimp, chawanmushi with prawn head for extra umami flavour, deep fried lotus root, soft shell crab and stir fry lotus and more sashimi with cold sake.

Overall ingredients are extremely fresh. 🎣

Main chef 小新 is skilled, friendly, other chefs are competent too, great teamwork 👨‍🍳👨‍🍳

Restaurant is compact so reservation is advisable 📝

The boss very capable and friendly, able to manage the whole restaurant single-handed and delivering far beyond delicious food.
