Great food but horrible service. Waitress rushed us to finish when we were about 2 hours in. They failed to inform us of the 2-hour policy when we sat down so we weren't aware of this policy. In fact, we ordered more dishes when it was 1.5 hours into our meal, which was the perfect opportunity to remind the guest of their 2-hour policy but they didn't. When I was literally picking my fish apart, the waitress came over and asked us how much longer we would need. We responded with 10 more mins but she said no, you have 5 more. We were shocked with the attitude and then she followed up by saying she will check with the customer that was waiting for our table reservation to see if it was okay with them to even wait 5 more. This was a passive aggressive way of handling the restaurant's lack of ability to make sensible reservation arrangement. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told that there was no one in charge! Needless to say, this left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never return to this...

My friend and us dined here and I had a very bad experience in this restaurant. First of all, we arrived at the restaurant about 25 minutes before the reservation time. The reserved table was empty and no one was using that table, but the waitress didn't allow us to wait on the table. She said if you want to sit down now, she will start counting the time (1.5 hr dining limit). Oh, no one was occupying the table and she wouldn't let us come inside in a very cold evening - and threatened us she would start counting dining time!! What kind of service was that?? Then, we went to buy a cup of coffee and came back 25 minutes later. That waitress let us in, but then she came back and said she has to confiscate our coffee.. We understood no outside food and we didn't want to drink that 1/3 cup of coffee in your restaurant, but the way the waitress behaved showed no respect to her customers at all!! The food was so so and was very expensive. It is not worth your money...

Disappointing, pricey and made me ill.

Can't say I would recommend this restaurant.

They made a point of saying I must spend 500twd to eat here to which I agreed as I wanted to take myself for a nice dinner. I ordered a variety of small dishes then decided to get dessert. I explained my peanut allergy and the server said they would serve my chosen dessert dish without peanut powder.

...My dish came with the peanut powder, mistakes happen and I was very understanding. They apologised and gave me a new dish without.

I had unfortunately eaten some of the dish, felt sick and had to take my medication. The medication makes me drowsy so I had to rush back to my hotel and have spent the rest of the evening feeling unwell.

What upset most was that they charged me full price for the meal. I think this is bad service.

The food itself is good but the portions are small. Aside from my allergy incident I think there are better places to eat...
