It's the friendly owner and beautiful view that make this place. Speaks some English, very welcoming and attentive. Love the fresh fruit slushy/juices so refreshing. I have been in South Bay so many times, this is the best restaurant, coffee bar in this area. The owner is so hospital and he made great beef noodle, and drinks. I and my husband almost go there everyday.
