Unfortunately, this restaurant indeed does not accept visa. They only take cash. There is also a built-in “service fee” that they claim is institutionalized throughout Taiwan. From our experience, this is a lie (we saw it maybe 5% of the time). For the price… this wasn’t exceptional. Sadness abounds because we went out of our way to go here based on reviews of their Chinese eggplant. Spoiler alert… it’s just okay. Not worth going out of one’s way :/ The service was fine. Not rude but also not attentive despite the fact that the restaurant was nearly empty. Dont go for the green curry shrimp; they claim it is their specialty, but it is quite bland. I went back every day to eat here
Beautiful tasty fresh home cooked Thai food doesn’t come any...

The menu is very extensive but somehow I had trouble making a choice. I found the menu more fit for couples or groups than for singles. If you are more people, you can order several dishes and share. For a single eater, just having the eggplant or another vegetable was slightly boring, and ordering more dishes would have been quite expensive and too much. I would have preferred to have had a bit of eggplant, a bit of tofu and a bit of another vegetable, but this menu option was...
