小洞天米腸香腸 — Restaurant in Hsinchu

The food is just okay, maybe many people buy here because no shop selling the same thing nearby.

The seller attitude is terrible. I cant speak Chinese well, the seller pronounce the price in English with an intention to make fun of me.

The tasty flavor could make you happy for your meal but how the seller treat you would make you feel bad for at least for a day

Better to go eat...

2021/8/20 -⭐️「小洞天米腸香腸」⭐️⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 這家許多新竹人推薦的烤米腸香腸，特別來這買來吃吃看，我們點了綜合中份(90元)，中份就是1.5根米腸及2根香腸，買回飯店食用，雖然稍冷了仍然香氣十足，而且有我最愛的炭烤香味，有這個香氣我就很可以了!!⁣ ⁣ 先說香腸，香腸是那種略有點酒醃製香氣派別，豬肉的肥瘦比例差不多五五左右，吃起來十分Q彈且沒有豬肉的腥味，個人覺得新竹豬肉的料理都很不錯，基本上都不會有豬肉的腥味，這個香腸很好吃!⁣ 而米腸是傳統做法裏有放花生，讓吃起來除米的口感，還增加花生脆度香氣層次和口感豐富度，一樣烤到有濃烈的炭烤香!!好吃!!⁣ ⁣ 而旁邊的配料有醃蘿蔔、蒜頭、泡菜、一些些薑片，他們的配菜也不馬虎很解膩且美味，也很不錯!這配菜很用心，大推!⁣ ⁣ 總結，基本上是我到新竹會想回訪的烤米腸香腸，非常推薦喜歡吃烤米腸香腸的人，那個炭烤香味和配菜真的讓人有驚豔到!很棒!⁣ ⁣ (食記完全單純個人口味喜好，不代表普羅大眾口味，非業配無錢可收)⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 🌈地址：...

Something to try but honestly nothing special. I like my grilled sausages crispy and these were certainly not it. The glutinous rice sausages are flavorful but very filling.
