I order the food via food delivery The food are tasty!!. The soup are very delicious and served in large portion. I will buy again.

Edited** I repurchase the food multiple times. and last time I purchase 香茅排骨涼拌米線 and 豬肉涼拌米線 . It is the first time that the food tastes terrible. The rice noodle is so startchy, like it's not well prepared and taste nothing. I note for the shop to please separate the sauce but they didn't read it. So maybe some of menu is pretty good but some maybe terrible.

Edited** for replying the owner's comment. It's okay, I repurchased your food multiple times and they are all good and tasty. But only this time that it is not, maybe it was dinner time and your restaurant might be too busy, so the mistake can be unintentionally made, I can understand. However, please be more careful for the orders you have taken next time. I will still be your customer and thank you for cooking such a delicious food :)

Edited** I make a repurchase on my order for dinner today. They already take care manage the problem i have last time. The shop take care of my note well. Separete the sauce as I want. The food are all tasty as always and their soup really taste great and large in portion....

I gave it a shot because of the extremely good rating. Unfortunately, it was really disappointing.

Summer rolls were not freshly prepared and were dry, and all dishes had a huge load of noodles but no special or authentic flavor.

Then seeing the sign for a complimentary papaya salad for Google rating on the table, makes perfect sense for this much too high rating for the quality/convenience ratio you get.

Without the gift for a rating and a more honest rating, this restaurant would not be in the range of 4 stars.

Please stop to influence the good maps rating and disappoint customers!

First time getting Vietnamese food in Hsinchu and the bar seems rather low. The meat in the pork bahn mi tasted quite dry and the bread was not crunchy. The rice noodles from the pho bowl were the preserved kind and tasted lifeless. Lastly, the vermicelli bowl was ok but nothing to write home about. Overall, fills one up comfortably. Misc rewards written in menu and store, works for those who are more into that than the...
