This is a noodle house proud of their Ramen series. They have the impressive beef ramen series. I personally appreciate their half tendon beef ramen most -the braised tendon is quite tender. Certainly, beef ramen is by no means the Japanese style, so the canonical ramen standard should not be applied here. Their ramen is more on the side of Chinese gourmets. The beef is braised totally the way of Chinese beef noodle. Well, Japanese ramen was introduced from China more than a hundred years ago, perhaps this is the right way of authentic ramen renaissance.

Their pork ramen series is more Japanese style. I recall that they even provide a rib ramen -exceptional creativity! But it is not shown on the menu all the time; perhaps a season limited item.

All their ramen have four options on noodle. From the anglehair to lasagna. You can also pick up optional seasoning of broth: original, garlic, and spicy. They have pickled vegetables to add into the noodle broth.

They have genuine Chinese noodle on their menu. Mostly are noodle with sauce. Generally, choices on their menu are quite abundant.

The restaurant set up many single seats for those who are dinning alone -very thoughtful for those just wish to enjoy their quiet meal. I think this is inspired by famous Japanese ramen house.

地牛拉麵真的很推! 建議選原味，可以喝到牛肉的原汁原味非常香非常好吃 今天另外一碗選了蒜味感覺表現一般般

豬肉今天試了味噌一男豚骨拉麵 感覺表現普通

乾麵類 今天嘗試了蔥油雞乾拌麵 麵很乾覺得醬汁味道不夠 但雞肉很入味

元氣餐部分今天體驗日式煎餃 高麗菜還有豬肉的湯汁都有保留在酥酥的煎餃裡面 值得推薦

上菜速度不錯，當天因為有再拍影片所以吃得比較慢一點

因為不吃牛肉 所以今天點了豬肉三叉拉麵(豬肋排) 以及嘗試了蔥油雞乾拌麵

豬肉拉麵的部分 感覺肋排有點不太喜歡 湯的部分選原味感覺表現很普通

蔥油雞乾拌麵的部分 雞肉的湯汁很不錯，有點像是醉雞的感覺 但是! 麵很乾覺得醬汁味道不夠，我最後只好自己加了辣椒才免強吃了半碗 不OK!

因為怕吃不飽所以有加點日式煎餃一份(7個) 高麗菜還有豬肉的湯汁都有保留在酥酥的煎餃裡面 值得推薦
