You can't access the restaurant unless you have a membership, which was different from another store I had visited before.

One person from the staff was very rude when I was just trying to ask if we were going to be allowed into the restaurant only. I spoke both english and chinese, and she seemed to be losing her patience and wasn't willing to answer my questions.

I just moved here and haven't gotten around to getting a membership yet(since I lived in Hualien in the past and there is no Costco there), I just wanted to buy some food from the restaurant, since I have done that before when visiting taipei in the past. Thankfully another member of their staff was understanding enough and explained that in this branch, you need a membership to access the restaurant, and was nice to let me in to buy the restaurant food for this one time only.

Costco is wonderful place for It’s clean, has products with warranty, low prices, cash back, really good quality, the Costco store also has gasoline in toyuan with the lowest prices for gasoline and products. During the pandemic shopping is costco is 100% safe and i have noticed they provided the hand sanitizer at the beginning and every corner of their store.They sell anything from grocery to pharmacy to deli with fresh food that they make in front of you with the lowest price, their cashiers always polite, fast and friendly and they always know what they are doing, in the past 10 years of my grocery the cashier never asked for help. They are trained really well. I go to Costco atleast twice a week. I feel comfortable to shop in Costco. Their pharmacy is so fast and knowledgeable that I feel like I am in the hospital.
