STARBUCKS Hsinchu Guanpu Shop — Restaurant in Hsinchu

The weather was rainy, windy and cold. All the seats inside were occupied. When I asked if my 3 friends and I may use the meeting room upstairs (there was already one person in there), because all the seats are occupied, the clerk gave me a curt “no”. When I asked where else I may sit, all the staff started to panic.

Congratulations, you lost three paying customers today simply because you can’t accommodate...

This place looks amazing. Sounds amazing. It’s quiet no obnoxious music and you’ve got a second floor outdoor balcony sitting. I cannot ask for more from Starbucks. Don’t forget the drive-through if you feel fancy enough for that, honestly you’d rather sit there. It’s not over crowded today. It’s a weekend, Saturday, nice and sunny and it’s not even at full capacity...

It’s a decent Starbucks store and has lots of customers. The store is often packed with people, and therefore it can be hard to find a place to sit during busy hours. It’s too windy out there (HsinChu, duh), so I do not recommend the outdoor seats.

Oh btw they have a reserved parking lot and drive-through service, so you don’t have to...
