新竹少有的西班牙餐酒館 完全預約制 要提前跟大姊點好餐點 也可以請大姊幫忙安排無菜單料理～ 關於料理部分 這次請大姊幫忙安排1000-1200的無菜單 共七道料理和兩杯調酒（忘記拍其中一道惹） 每道料理都能感受到大姊的用心和努力 並且都非常好吃 煙燻鴨胸蘋果橘醬 更是為之驚人 鴨胸和蘋果的結合已讓我讚嘆不已 再配上橘皮橘醬更是天下無敵 關於歐蕾 這次由於友人生日 特別請大姊安排 也謝謝願意幫忙也佈置了場景 讓生日充滿了驚喜 大姊的風趣健談 勇敢及三觀 多少也給了我一些勇氣想要嘗試不同的事物 很開心可以在歐蕾度過一個充滿回憶的夜晚！

太好吃了，真的太好吃了，老闆娘用料沒有在省得啦～完美到極點。 就像在自己家吃飯的感覺，無比的溫暖，無比享受，充滿愛的空間。 這間私廚必須列為新竹必吃，一定要吃的餐廳，專程從台北下去吃，包車都覺得讚。 幸運的我，搭taxi至車站還認識了車行，以後來回台北新竹吃ole真方便。 食材需要介紹嗎！看照片很明白，滿滿的料扎扎實實，用心滿點的絲毫不馬虎，照片說明一切😆 你可以給老闆預算，老闆就會準備食材料理招待你想招待的人，每一口入口都充滿心意。 尤其老闆娘的調酒，那更是充滿層次韻味，我特別喜歡“戀愛的滋味”超級好喝。
