這家應該是我近期唯一踩到雷的店家了，不管是食物、服務還是環境都有待加強，看到多數評價都很好，覺得很奇妙。 先就服務來說，10:00開始營業，推開們走進去時，彷彿一切都尚未就緒。一位男士替我帶位、送菜單，卻沒有告知點餐方式，就進了廚房。 我乾坐在位子上約十分鐘，看著另外兩位女性工作人員走進來(似乎無視客人的存在)，一位也進了廚房，另一位慢條斯理的打開電腦、播放音樂、整理櫃台和吧檯，但我始終被晾在一旁。 開口詢問之後，完成點餐及付款。 櫃檯的小姐送來飲料和餐點時，只是默默的把杯子和餐盤放下，一句話也沒有! 除了送餐和製作飲料，多數時間她都盯著電腦不知道在忙甚麼。 整家店在我用餐期間，都沒有其他客人光臨，我離開的時候，也沒有聽到謝謝光臨之類的話，連最基本的待客之道都沒有做到。 順道一提，櫃台的電腦螢幕是正對著客人的，視力夠好的話，坐在位子上能清楚看見螢幕內容，感覺太奇怪了! 再來說說餐點，今天點了義式酥炸魚柳早餐盤+熱拿鐵，熱拿鐵喝起來一般般，沒甚麼記憶點。早餐盤送上來，滿滿的一盤看起來很豐盛，但實際上沒有一樣及格。沙拉裡面的生菜不新鮮，不但沒有爽脆的口感，還有幾片已經發黃，甚至有微微的苦味；炒蛋撒了太多胡椒鹽，味道過鹹；炸薯片外皮不酥脆，裡面也不鬆軟，很難吃。吐司麵包口感乾硬；炸魚柳味道也太鹹。 最後說一下環境，整體看起來還算窗明几淨，不過低頭一看，白色的地磚上散布了一些黑黑的碎屑，應該沒有認真打掃吧?

老板娘很溫柔的為我解說菜單， 喝了第一口濃湯， 湯頭很濃郁也沒有一般簡餐店吃到的稠稠感， 光這一點，吃出來老板娘的用心， 用菇類熬雞湯 起鍋後 再用果汁機打成濃湯狀， 主餐，我點 清蒸紡魚.... 二大塊 魚肉很厚 很大塊 我還分了二大口給朋友吃內 🤣 重點Sauce 一份西餐 最重要的靈魂 就在Sauce， 有了 Sauce 的點綴 把主餐的魚肉帶出味蕾的響宴， 魚肉 一整個細到不行.... 細中帶有札實度... 叉子上的魚肉竟不會散掉，直到放入口中瞬間化開 吃過 不少魚料理 這是第二家能讓我感受(入口即化) 瞬間嘴角上揚 不禁 又要說：哦..... 伊..... 西..... 內..... 餐點後的那一杯 現打果汁 也好讚內 以後，還要帶親友去吃唷 ^____^

誤打誤撞在炎熱的天氣來到這邊～～ 進門有個親切的小姐姐來帶位跟說明！店內座位不多，如果要來可能要碰碰運氣 騎機車的話附近繞繞應該就有停車位 今天點的是 日式唐揚雞早午餐拼盤（$280）+飲料的套餐組合（+$80, $130內飲料）+拿鐵差價（+$10） 早午餐的部分生菜有很多水果有點小驚訝！水果的部分也都很好吃跟方便食用，烤土司也是烤得很剛好，加上提供的奶油真的超滿足！ 不過唐揚雞跟我想的唐揚雞有點不太相符🤣比較像是炸雞而不是唐揚雞，這點有點小失望其他都很好，拿鐵的部分中規中矩。 氛圍的部分很chill，桌跟桌之間的距離感不會太擁擠，店內音樂也很令人放鬆～

Amazing food! I've been traveling all around Asia, Europe, and North America as a foodie and I am surprised to find such a high quality restaurant here at Hsinchu, Taiwan. Love the bistro atmosphere and its friendly and professional staff! Absolutely love their duck breast, 14oz pork chop, and steamed fish fillet with caviar! Their duck breast is crispy on the outside and aromatic and tender like beef in the inside! The 14oz pork chop is also my other absolute favourite dish! Juicy in the inside with a touch of light pink to indicate its freshness and the griller's amazing technique! Totally...
