🍵 Free Flow Tea and Miso Soup A nice touch was the complimentary self-service tea and miso soup. The latter offered two options: a seafood-rich broth and a classic flavour.

🍢 Sashimi and Yakitori We indulged in a variety of dishes, including the Chirashi Bowl, a satisfying mix of sushi rice, sashimi, and an onsen egg.

However, the stars of the show were undoubtedly the Yakitori skewers. The ones with stuffed cucumbers and spring onions were particularly memorable. The skewers were perfectly charred and tender.

🐟 Fresh Sashimi and Satisfying Sides The sashimi slices were thick, fresh, and generously served. While the other side dishes were decent, they didn't stand out as much. We concluded our meal with a sweet treat of dango.

This is not the first time I'm going to this restaurant... i downgraded the food from 5 to 4 as I found the ingredients not as good as before Also, I downgrade service as I arrived before the other table, and I received the much later without any reason or explanation.

That said, this restaurant is still a good one with a very good sushi bowl and grilled meat.

Authentic Japanese food with reasonable price. Bright environment and warm atmosphere. It was definitely my favorite restaurant in Hsinchu! Sushi, fish and seafood were fresh and awesome.
