味味鮮壽司 — Restaurant in Hualien City

Good sushi. Not exceptional but the variety of offerings makes up for the quality. I personally disliked the wasabi and ginger. Ginger is sweet and wasabi more resembles mayo in taste than horseradish! If you are Taiwanese most probably you will be delighted, but if you are a fan of true Japanese sushi experience, do not get your hopes too high. Nice to try but it won't be on my list of must...

這家的壽司雖然不錯吃也新鮮便宜，可我去買時因為是外帶，所以用店家提供的透明軟餐盒裝。由於我一個人要拿2大盒壽司，偏偏我的手又小捧不住2盒的份量怕打翻，所以跟一位站在餐檯裡面的男年青人問說有沒有托盤?沒想到他一臉不悅的表情回我說:什麼托盤?妳就放在桌上這樣拿就好啊!（真想問他那我如果買4、5盒咧?排你一整桌喔?!）

當我心裡正在對這種服務態度暗自搖頭時，這時候店裡面一位中年伯伯（也許是店家老闆？）非常眼明手快和經驗老到，他人就已經遞上來給我一個小托盤了，讓我2盒便當放上去剛剛好輕而易舉用一手就可以穩穩託住餐盤，才好方便夾菜取餐。

人家有經驗的內行人一聽就知道客人的需求（其實這種自己挑菜的自助式餐廳，本來店家就會準備托盤的..）所以這種還會叫客人把便當盒放在桌上就好的店員，一看就知道誰是菜鳥，誰是老鳥了！

看在店家這位貼心的（老闆）伯伯的份上，我以後還會去光顧!可如果像這位年輕人再用這種很不友善的服務態度對待客人的話，做餐飲業的要在花蓮長久生存下去...
