Visited this nice pizza restaurant, and what a nice finish to our East coast trip. Wasn't expecting much before the meal, but exited feeling this may be one of the top pizza restaurants in Taiwan, if not Asia.
*The duck pizza is something special; all that fresh ingredients instantly came through at first bite. *The margarita pizza with mascarpone cheese topping gave it that extra flavoring. Really love the thin crispy crust. *The mushroom soup is full of flavors, not overpowering! You can definitely taste a touch of truffles. *The sweet pizza dessert is not too sweet, not too heavy, nicely balanced. *Also love the green salad with vinegar dressing; think I tasted some nice aged Swiss cheese in the salad!
Like the atmosphere, and the music is very nice - Italian sound from B & O speakers.
Looks like we will be visiting this restaurant again soon on...

Ordered a truffle mushroom pizza and a cold cut platter, omg I was mind blown. Fantastic taste and crust was amazing!
The best dinner I had in Hualien. Was also impressed by their service and food quality. Thanks for having us even when it’s near closing time. I would definitely visit...

秀綠的店面不大 空間裝潢舒適輕鬆 沒有太多雕飾 整體感覺跟我在義大利吃的一些披薩小店風格相似
據說老闆在開餐廳前當了15年的空服員 由於太喜歡義大利美食 所以在離職之後開了這麼一間道地的披薩餐廳
菜單主要以北義披薩、佛卡夏為主 北義披薩與台灣人一般比較常見的拿波里披薩不同 傳統拿波里披薩爐溫較高 所以烤的時間較短 可以保留比較多的水分 整個披薩麵皮是比較鬆軟有彈性的 而北義的Pizza爐溫約在350左右較為薄脆 口感上面有極大的不同
今天叫了兩個分享盤 分享盤有點像是台灣的和菜 有兩個肉盤 一個綜合生菜 再加上主食一份 另外還有堅果跟小水果
肉盤是櫻桃鴨胸/羅馬豬肉捲/牛排/煙燻鮭魚四選二 今天剛好點兩份可以全部都試過 🟢粉紅色的櫻桃鴨胸配上葡萄酒醋:好吃 🟢羅馬豬肉捲煎得香香脆脆:好吃 🟢牛排肉質鮮嫩 煎7分熟:好吃 🟡煙燻鮭魚份量十足:還不錯 基本上肉盤品質口味都非常可以
主食是瑪麗那拉披薩、全麥麵包跟義式佛卡夏三選一 我們選了披薩跟佛卡夏
佛卡夏是傳統的義式麵包 口感比較紮實 富有彈性 剛出爐的麵包吃起來香氣十足略有咬勁 沾上酒醋橄欖油真的是又香又美味 雖然乍看不起眼 但是忍不住就一口接一口 油醋不夠了還可以續加 非常棒
瑪麗娜拉披薩又稱漁夫或水手披薩 雖然聽起來很海邊 但是其實他跟海鮮等等都沒關係 單純只是他的英文跟marine 太類似了所以被取了這樣的綽號 瑪麗娜拉是在披薩麵包塗上番茄醬加上蒜片拿去烤 (沒有起司) 是最早也是最經典的披薩口味
秀綠的瑪麗娜啦披薩的麵包本體部分較薄 也比較脆一些 蕃茄醬酸酸甜甜 配上肉盤一起吃蠻不錯 除了瑪麗那拉 我們還多點了一個經典的瑪格麗特披薩 瑪格麗特披薩的名字來自於傳說中的王妃 白色起司、綠色的羅勒再加上紅色番茄醬正是義大利國旗的顏色 秀綠的瑪格麗特披薩 除了馬扎瑞拉起司外 還多加了瑞可達起司 餅皮較為薄脆...
