觀望很久的在地店家 每次經過都人潮爆滿 難得遇到人少點就決定吃了 #小碗牛肉麵（辣味） 這家牛肉麵都是做辣味的 想吃不辣的 可能就要點別的了 湯頭部分 略辣 但多喝幾口之後 就還好不會太辣 越喝越順口 會不會太鹹呢？ 我是覺得還好 吃完不會想馬上找水喝 我是覺得蠻好喝的 麵條部分 是現削現煮刀削麵 我覺得厚度適中不會過薄過厚 有些許比較碎的麵條 但我覺得不礙事 因為畢竟人工本來就不像機器一樣這麼精準 每條都一樣 但削麵的人已經滿厲害的 每個麵條大小差沒多少🤣 吃起來QQ的 不會太硬太軟 👍 牛肉部分 有幾塊特別嫩 有幾塊偏柴 有點可惜 整體來說 是不錯好的 還是會想再來吃第二次的 #榨菜肉絲麵 同行友人的 有試了一下湯頭 蠻清爽的 想吃清淡點的 可以考慮 份量也是蠻多的 麵條也是現削現煮刀削麵 #小菜 花椰菜 櫃檯附近有個小菜櫃 裡面放了各式各樣小菜 可以挑選 但是這次拿的花椰菜調味好像有點下手太重了 總覺得比我的牛肉麵湯頭還要鹹😂 這有點可惜了 不然應該會是5星的？

整體來說 CP值👍 牛肉麵小碗份量以女生來說的話 是可以吃飽的 男生可以就要大碗了
