Salut花蓮私廚（需預約） — Restaurant in Hualien City

I've known Danielle, the owner, since she ran the original Salut in Taichung's popular Soho Street. She's bright a totally new vibe to her Hualien restaurant, much more relaxed and exclusive than her previous business. However the food remains of the same high standard. Her handmade pizza is excellent, with a delicious whole wheat base. She's also offering special sets and a constantly changing specials menu. Salut is a great place to visit with friends or to hold any business functions or special events.

我們有得到店家當下的即時處理，但這一頓飯還是吃的很失望也很失落，食物不是現做是加熱的、食材吃到酸的、上的餐點與點餐不符事後才告知已賣完、豬肋大拼盤的份量與料理方式感到不滿意

這是一家需要預訂的餐館，以利店家做安排前置作業，我們於用餐的前一小時才撥電詢問，老闆娘當日不在，她說需要詢問助手是否能接再回覆我們，我們得到了可以前往用餐回覆，也加入官方Line看菜單做好點餐，因為預訂及私廚的店名，會選擇相信與期待店家對料理的認真與用心

豬肋大拼盤內容物：兩小塊豬肋排、一片麵包、兩條玉米筍、一朵切半花椰菜、炒蛋、一小坨炒杏鮑菇、黃紅椒

一開始用餐我們並沒有想做拍照，所以照片中有杏鮑菇是已經有食用掉一些，整盤食物是常溫的溫度，玉米筍是酸掉的

青醬義大利麵：接著上了義大利麵確是鮭魚，這不是我們的餐點，詢問外籍助手才說因為蝦子沒有了，立刻才做拍照並用官方Line與老闆聯繫

才得知她說忘記通知，當下外籍助手額外有再提供加熱花椰蔬菜做處理，後續老闆在訊息中提供8折做歉意處理
