It's the smell of cinnamon that welcomes customer upon waking in this adorable Italian style bistro. Owner knows aroma well, whether it's the essential oil, the flowers tea or combine tomatoes and cheese in her culinary arts.

From the dressings of salad, the sauce of each main course, they are all handmade on premise by the owner!

We ordered three different main courses. They all came with a wonderful flavor and yet each was showing off its own special taste. Saucy tomato sauce with glazed chicken thigh. Creamy Porcini mashroom risotto. And last but not least baked blue cheese chicken! So tasty, so good.

Authentic flavor italian food. Delicious and fresh. Made with only the best ingredients and freshest vegetables. The salad comes with a blueberry yogurt vinaigrette sauce and is sweet and tangy. The garlic bread is crisp and tart. The coffees are lively! And these are just the sides. The main dishes are always made with care, attention, and love. Although some items on the menu cater to local taste buds, the homemade pesto is very authentic as is the cream sauce and blue cheese sauce. We were looking for an Italian option in Hualien and found this charming little Italian bistro. The proprietress welcomed us, served us, and cooked our food…”It’s all me!” she told us. We were provided salad, potato soup (delicious), and garlic toast with our pasta. The food was comforting and tasty, and the ambience was warm with Michael Bublé serenading us. She does not serve wine, but we found a decent Cabernet at the nearby 7-Eleven (you read that right), which she allows with a small corkage fee....
