Overall good but I would have preferred stronger flavours. For example, some additional seasoning to the fried rice or even just a bit more salt! Similarly, the herbal flavours in the soup could be stronger. Fried ribs had a very good texture - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Perhaps boiled 1st then fried. Good but as with my earlier comments, I would have liked the garlic, salt, pepper, chilli bits to have had a stronger flavour.

出差到岡山，到岡山就是要吃羊肉，google到了這間羊肉店，很幸運找到好吃的店家。 資料顯示是老店家搬到新店面，口味從第一代延續至今， 環境新又舒適，親切態度，也很好吃。 點了酸菜羊肉，炒羊肚，炒空心菜， 炒功掌握得恰到好處， 香氣四溢，鹹淡適中，白飯吃了兩碗， 當歸湯醇且順口，真心覺得好吃也沒有羊腥味，很棒！ 也點了一盤外面幾乎沒有看過的滷羊肉， 滷味的味道還不錯，不會有太濃的滷包味搶羊肉的丰采， 但是羊肉用滷的方式呈現雖然好吃卻顯得肉質偏乾柴，或許改用其他比較有油花的部位去滷會呈現更嫩的口感。 下次還要來嚐嚐其他菜色！
