We reserved a room to seat 12 people. When we arrived, it was a tiny room that would be too tight for that amount of people. We spoke with the manager and they gave us the VIP room at no extra charge! Even though the place smelled like smoke, the overall experience was quite fun!

It has english songs, but not a lot of original versions and not really famous songs or new ones. It's good for one time but i think i will not repeat cuz the lack of english good songs. Food and service was good.

今天消費感受有夠差！最後一次來這，品質非常很差 我們訂的包廂是每小時1600，買3送一 一開始進去是一個小姐接待後來換一個男生，那男的服務態度真的有夠差！包廂內沒有訊號只能接Wi-Fi，麥克風很小聲第一次請他調整近來就說已經很大聲了，但播了音樂唱就很小聲所以請他進來第二次，也是用的很不甘心，確實麥克風調整完差很多！ 我知道你們都很忙，所以直接出去跟他拿蛋糕還一臉不屑樣連回我話也沒有，拿進來我的蛋糕直接翻了整個堆到旁邊？請問這誰負責 結帳時告知金額是7875，也沒有主動問有沒有會員卡，請問綁定會員有何意義？ 金額跟預算的差很多，才發現包廂費變成2150一小時？ 我主動告知包廂上面寫1600，後來連查都沒有直接跟我說抱歉打錯，那如果沒人知道都當別人凱子嗎？ 改完之後我想確認總金額，旁邊男櫃檯人員直接丟一句給她，算了就直接算給她 我也是服務業，我很懂你們的辛苦 但前面被你們這種服務態度，後面又算錯錢覺得改一下就好了 無關緊要的服務，果然素質就是這樣

身為是高雄人 享溫馨真的是我從國中時期唱到出社會都會去的ktv 除了近幾年在大寮的分店比較遠沒去過 其他比較市區的分店 基本上都有去唱歌 離我家最近的五甲店/已經不見的一心店/新崛江旁的五福店/到這間巨蛋店，都去過很多次 但這次的消費真的是我有史以來最差的一次 這次我台北的朋友下來高雄 我們決定要找間Ktv來好好歡唱一下 本來我朋友說要去錢櫃 我大力推薦台北的朋友說/高雄人都去享溫馨的沒有人再去錢櫃 加上我們的行程要逛瑞豐夜市再去唱歌 因地點的關係所以就決定在這邊做消費

本來都開開心心的歡唱/唱到一半突然有一個服務生帶了一個布偶裝的人進來說是吉祥物 問我們要不要拍照啊，婉拒後就說他很幸苦穿這個布偶裝，可不可以給他100塊小費啊 朋友就很尷尬的只好拿100塊給他 這時大家已經覺得有點傻眼 當下還跟朋友說可能過年期間活動 來唱這麼多次第一次這樣

後來再歡唱一陣子 又有人進來 這次是一群女服務員 每個人手上都抱著三束娃娃捧花問說要不要幫她們買一束啊，好不容易婉拒了兩次才離開 後來服務員進來就態度差到不行 臉超臭 之後麥克風有一隻沒電 我們按服務鈴也過了半小時也不來 後來終於服務生進來了 但是因為要結帳才進來，不是因為服務鈴進來 我朋友當中有位是大家都公認脾氣非常好 都氣到不行...
