Park Lees Hotel — Hotel in Kaohsiung

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Check-in time is strict but they will hold onto your luggage. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly comfortable and stylish. Bed linen and pillows were high quality and the bathroom, although there is no bath, was well-designed and all the usual amenities are supplied. Body wash and shampoo is from a high-end European brand (can't remember the name) and the shower water pressure was excellent. I don't think there is room service, but all the delivery apps will deliver here. Loved trying the delicious snacks at the nearby night markets. Coffee drinkers will be happy with the nespresso machine, and tea is also supplied (though perhaps they could showcase fantastic Taiwanese tea more). The only minus is the breakfast. It was included in our rate, but after the first morning we did not bother. Aside from the limited selection, no found it too crowded and poorly ventilated, so did not feel comfortable eating here. The hotel is in an excellent location - walking distance to what turned out to be my favourite night market, close to good restaurants including Din Tai Fung, MRT. The location, vibe at check-in and room are very decent and have a wonderful design. It really gives you a luxury feeling, just some minor changes could make it perfect. ||Room wise its a nice and comfortable room. The the AC control unit is too basic and can only adapt temperature and speed, no timer or pause or even on/off switch. For such a new hotel I expected a smart tv where you can stream from your device, but its an fairly old tv model with just a few channels and most have a poor connection. The wifi isnt that fast either. Just some minor points of improvement.||The breakfast was a bad experience. We arrived 9:15 for breakfast, there was no seat available and had to go back to the room. At 9:45 they called us to come for breakfast but did say at 10:00 it will close! I understand the policy that breakfast close at 10:00, but if you cant accommodate your guests and people need to wait, you cant close the buffet at 10:00 while people paid for the breakfast. This is the 2nd time that I stayed in Park Lees Hotel, and I am really satisfied with the quality of accommodation.

Location 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 It is so convenient, no matter for travel, shopping, or food. The hotel is around 15mjns by drive from HSR station, and 10mins to highway. Moreover, it is nearby Hanshin Arena Shopping Plaza and Ruifeng Night market. Not to say that there is Macdonald just around the corner.

Service 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 All the clerks are very polite and enthusiastic, they are even bent over and bow when you walked into the elevator. Superb attitude.

Hotel Room🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 As you can see from picture, the interior design is elegant and the window view towards the park is also amazing. They also provide capsule coffee machine and some cold drinks for the guests.
