I have ordered the signature one which is braised pork belly with pickles.

I made a visit after watching a reel on instagram and got attracted. And it didn’t disappoint!

The pork belly is very soft, with sweet peanut powder on top. The coriander, pickles and the peanut powder reduced the greasiness of the pork belly. The bread itself is soft, like traditional Chinese bun which no butter is added. The grease from the pork belly acts like a butter to finish...

大樓下面的一個小攤販，“如果全部配料都要加那就直接劃數量就好其他配料不用去劃了”，現點現做所以要稍等一下，因為也只有老闆娘一個人自己用👏。

招牌滷肉酸菜：份量很大😱，酸菜剁得比較細碎一些，香菜與花生粒帶有香氣的點綴，滷肉的瘦肉是朝向上面，肉質不會乾柴，吃到最下面才會咬到肥肉的部份，肥肉的部份有一點點膩，但有搭配生菜跟酸菜所以整個吃完之後沒有到真的很油膩，整體口味算一般般不會到重口味。

厚切懷舊炸滷排：份量也是大，這個裡面會有搭配糖心蛋，蛋黃吃起來很綿密，排骨是只有肉沒有骨頭了，出乎意料之外排骨吃並沒有想像中的油膩👍，我覺得算比較清淡一些，滷汁的調味不會太重，因為刈包會吸附滷汁所以吃下去就知道滷汁真的不會太鹹。

墨西哥辣肉醬雞腿排：黑胡椒辣味比較重，雞腿排剛炸好咬下去裡面的汁水相當多，搭配著生菜與番茄吃起來很解油膩感。

整體來說刈包的麵皮咬起來算鬆軟中帶有點嚼勁，滷汁不會太重鹹，都會搭配著生菜所以整個吃完比較不會有那麼重的油膩感，而且份量真的很大正常男生吃也會很飽，這個份量與口味來算CP值的話其實算頗高的😆，如果你比較接受口味清淡一些那可以來嚐試看看，因為他們的口味沒有想像的那...
