The broth is really clean, transparent but tasty. It shows that the broth was cooked by natural ingredients without the abuse of oil. I have to give credit to the quality of the raw ingredients. They are fresh and delicious. The oysters are juicy and the meat are tender. Five star no doubt. Sure to comeback...
