There is nothing I don’t like about this restaurant. Really cute little restaurant decorated to resemble french garden. The lobster was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. 3.餐點評價 (1)麵包:剛加熱(烤)的歐式麵包,口感很好。 (2)湯:洋蔥湯有到位,香氣跟鹹度足夠。 (3)沙拉:蝦跟蔬菜都蠻新鮮的,燻鮭魚的培根好吃。 (4)開胃菜:服務生沒有說是什麼,但應該是伊比利火腿搭香瓜;口味上是沒有什麼問題,不過香瓜太冰破壞了口感。 (5)龍蝦:第一次吃純龍蝦料理,遠遠超過我預期的好吃;口感柔嫩而有嚼勁,蝦肉鮮甜多汁且帶一些海水的鹹味;而且龍蝦已經處理到很方便食用的狀態。 (6)牛排:牛排的口感真的沒話說,切開看它的色澤像是教科書上端出來的一樣,個人覺得比Ruth's Cris優,大概在Danny & Company差不多。 (7)甜點:烤布蕾的布丁本身還行,可惜上面的焦糖太厚。
4.環境:很溫馨,裝潢很鄉村但不法式,是個可以很輕鬆享用美食的環境。 5.服務:服務生都很親切且感覺很認真(努力?),如果在餐點上來時能稍微說明一下或許會更好,例如開胃菜可能每日不同,若有做說明除可讓顧客了解也可以避免誤觸一些飲食禁忌。 6.其他建議:建議可以提供個人麵包盤,看到服務生直接把湯碗及後續的開胃菜碗放到我吃麵包的盤子上讓我蠻驚訝的。
總結: 龍蝦跟牛排真的很威猛,光是主餐就值得,非常推薦; 整體環境及菜色的選擇上不像法式料理,比較像是舒適的龍蝦牛排館。
