Their signature dishes were really tasty. My favorite was the shrimp was covered with fried thin noodles and served in a lettuce cup. Their wood ear mushroom salad and squid salad was also super light, refreshing and flavorful. I think they're known for their duck head. When you're done eating some of the heads they'll turn the rest into a mala hotpot. I also tried their stir fry cabbage, shrimp balls and their dried fish fish (kind of like little anchovies?). All were delicious and very unique. I've never had anything like the duck head dish before. At the end they gave us little cups of almond pudding (dofu). 大宅門乾鍋鴨頭在左營算是小有名氣的中式餐廳,裡面的乾鍋系列更是招牌,姑姑知道我愛嚐鮮帶我探店,這間店吃完後真的會說一句「白飯不夠,啤酒來湊」,不只每一道都下飯,還很配啤酒啊!重口味的朋友可以來!

乾鍋系列的調味深得我心,不會很辣,屬於偏麻的那種,鍋氣很足,白飯一碗是不夠的
鴨頭雖然說是招牌,但我不會吃頭所以都在吃雞腿肉,雞腿肉很嫩,辣得很過癮卻不會太超過,真的會很想一口飯一口啤酒
乾鍋一上桌就能吃,等裡面的肉吃完留下鍋底的油,可以加龍骨湯或酸菜白肉湯升級成火鍋,算人頭每人50元,我們選了龍骨湯,乳白濃郁的骨湯中和了辣,兩者結合反而溫潤回甘,吃完喝上一碗很舒服,還可以加點青菜、配料,CP值很高👍🏻

🔺芋香排骨煲 $350 芋頭愛好者不要錯過,濃郁的芋頭裹著排骨,愛了愛了🥰我直接吃很多塊
🔺椒鹽菌菇 $280 菌菇拔成一絲一絲去炸,再灑滿胡椒快炒一下,鹹香涮嘴,會忍不住一直夾,這道也是配酒很讚😎
🔺蟹黃絲瓜 $180 我覺得這道是全部的菜中我最不推的,碗中絲瓜沒幾塊很空虛的感覺
🔺明太子櫛瓜 $230 這組合我真的走到哪點到哪,明太子炙燒過的香氣配上櫛瓜清甜爆汁誰能抵擋
🔺松葉蟹野菜卷 $180 吃了這麽多重口味來一道野菜卷剛好解解膩,讓胃清爽一點
🔺稻荷壽司 $120 小朋友最愛,醋飯包的很飽,份量很足
🔺白飯 $15/碗 白飯是單點的,沒有吃到飽喔!這麼多下飯的菜必須點多一點來配
除了招牌乾鍋,其他的菜口味也很好,很下飯,每一道都是白飯殺手,最喜歡「椒鹽菌菇」、「芋香排骨煲」、「金沙中卷」、「乾鍋系列」,他們除了麻香類的菜色,還有些許日本料理,中日大亂鬥我覺得蠻特點的,帶小朋友來也不用怕沒有東西吃
最後店家還招待我們手工豆花,綿密細緻的口感,配料都能自己加,吃完辣的來點甜的收尾真的很滿足
