We were visiting the children's art museum and then we walked to this restaurant. Minimum charge is 300 per adult and 150 per child. We got the set meal for 2 (not available on holidays). We were there on a weekday night at 5pm and we walked right in without a reservation. The food is as mentioned, very tasty. It's like elevated home cooked meal. Old timey taste. The soups were huge and we couldn't finish all the food. They had high chairs available and the service was prompt and helpful.
