Those who seek for a quick bite to eat or an average customer service, PLEASE reconsider coming here.

We ordered 2 risottos and 1 pasta. After waiting for 30min or more, a waiter came and asked to reorder. Not that some items were sold out, simply asked us what we ordered earlier. Turns out they lost the order sheet.

We asked how long we should wait from here, the waiter said 5min. What served 5min later were 3 cups of juice.

The next 10min, bread/soup/salad were served. We could not not ask him how long it will really take to serve the actual food. He said he will ask the kitchen and came back with an answer “10min” Not a surprise, it took longer than 10min.

You can lost the order sheet and found out 30min later but you shouldn’t play with your words and trick customers. Totally wasted our time. We could have decided to leave if we had to wait for another 30min.

My friend took me here for some yummy coffee and to satisfy our sweet tooth craving. This is a coffee chain that is only located down south in Kaohsiung. They offer a decent array of savory items as well as a mix of teas, fresh juices, salads and sweets. Service was decent though if you're seated in the corners, the waiters are less liable to see you so be prepared to have your hand up in the air for a bit before they notice. The dessert was delicious, the coffee pound cake had just enough sweetness in it to not be too overbearing and the cold brew coffee is good. But my friend did point out that they've been beginning to skimp a bit regarding the cold brew. They used to only have coffee ice cubes in the cup used to serve the cold brew, but now they only have one coffee ice cube mixed in with regular ice cubes. On Friday night (25/8) had dinner with 2 friends. We arrived at 7:30pm, had been told no table only around the bench.

SERVICE We placed an order at 7:50pm. The first dish arrived was the dessert at 8:10pm, but no food yet. They told us to have dessert first because there’s ice cream.

Our food finally arrived at 8:30-40pm.

FOOD I ordered “German Pork Knuckle Risotto w/ Sauerkraut”, the pork had no taste at all and absolutely dry. Risotto didn’t even have salt. My friend ordered “French Stewed Beef Risotto w/ Red Rice Wine”, it was so salty. Not going to comment the rest, it sounds I am so picky.

If you enjoy the name of the food, you got it. DON’T let the photos fool you.
