Amazingly and surprisingly to find this excellent restaurant in Kaosiong. It serves great steak and meat. Provide set menu for beef, chicken, pork or lamb. You can add in lobster at NT400, quite worth. The course comprise of combination appetiser that it was really good with some raw food like Uni, abalone etc.. the portion is small and one mouthful 👍. The seafood salad with abalone was really good... the seafood pumpkin soup is out of my expectation.. the seafood is perfectly cooked which squid is not easy to cook.. chewy if overcooked. I have lamb rack and is is perfectly grilled with just right meat texture, moist and tasty.. ! The baked cheese lobster is equally good. Fruit plater, cheese cake dessert are beautifully decorated .. great wine to go with. The price not cheap in Taiwan standard but worth to pay and experience it.....
Read more建議若要前往用餐務必搭配生日餐券使用,可省下非常多費用,以目前網拍餐券行情價一份套餐大約可省下2/3左右的費用。店內空間並不大裝潢風格大概是歐式,當天用餐是在二樓,剛上樓覺得氣氛燈光都很到位,但一坐下來卻發現桌子會傾斜不平,晃動非常嚴重,廁所一樓不清楚還有沒有,但二樓只有一間,且是男女混合使用的。 點餐方面只需要選擇主餐,並可以四百元加價從搭配海鮮升級成龍蝦,當天點的是兩份澳洲和牛老饕和日本和牛菲力並都升級成龍蝦。 餐點一開始上來的是九宮格盤前菜,看似蠻特別但細看卻發現其中有幾樣菜色讓人感到打混湊數量,服務生建議依照順時鐘方向食用,但嚐起來很普通並沒有什麼感到特別的。 下一道菜直接端上一條午仔魚,這道並不難吃但出現在這裡讓我們感到非常突兀,雖然魚有經過一番料理,魚皮也處理過可直接掀起來食用魚肉部分,但魚的細刺如同服務生上菜時叮嚀的一樣非常多,吃完大概花了二十分鐘,同行友人甚至表示挑刺挑到已經飽了。 接下來湯品上來再次讓人愣住,從來沒想過會在這種地方喝到"補湯",而喝起來也真的就是補湯...。 這裡收盤上菜速度都蠻快的,馬上端上一盤半尾的焗烤龍蝦,龍蝦肉的份量不多,吃起來也沒有什麼驚豔的感覺,只會覺得下次不會升級了。這邊提一下菜單的問題,菜單上未註明龍蝦是整尾還是半尾,雖然只要加價四百元也能猜到不會給你整尾的,但還是建議註明一下,而且菜單寫的是"搭配"龍蝦,卻是單獨上來龍蝦享用完才會上主餐,不知道寫搭配的意義在哪裡。 終於到了主餐,但也是最讓人失望的部分,牛肉熟度點餐時就依照店家建議,老饕五分熟、菲力三分熟,但端上來就像照片一樣似乎相反了,而吃起來也確實老饕優於菲力,讓人覺得點了最貴的和牛菲力是浪費錢,且如同前面的評論一樣,盤子未經過加熱保溫所以牛肉吃起來溫溫涼涼的,份量方面這間店的每一種牛排份量都一樣為5oz,所以應該無法滿足男性的食量。 最後甜點只有個小小杯的奶酪,和搭配的咖啡或茶飲,吃完沒什麼特色和結束滿足的感覺。上甜點時壽星會多給個小蛋糕和畫盤,但在先前看到其他網友分享的各種充滿藝術風、且還可自費客製化的畫盤是原本來該店的主要目的,但在訂位的時候就告知說客製化服務活動目前已經結束,且當天的畫盤只是個畫得不像的卡通動物,也觀察到近期網友分享的也都差不多是這種類型的,大概是原本畫盤的師傅出走了吧,雖然這點是免費提供給壽星的,但也失去該店的特色,畢竟這種現在很多平價的店家也都有提供了。...
