Ertang Hot Pot — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

A hidden gem in Kaohsiung! It is a newly open hot-pot restaurant with great location and you can park your car easily as well. They serve great quality of food, well-trained, friendly and patient staff, and clean environment. They have various special soups to choose, and there are some spicy authentic kind of flavours to try! The choice of meat is not as much as other restaurants, but don’t worry about this. They do serve great quality of meat and seafood, and I think they just focus on what they are good at. The drinks and the ingredients/sides are also a highlight here. They are fresh and great valued. Overall, my family and I are quite satisfied with our experience this time, and we will definitely go back again to support the entrepreneurs of young generation! They should maintain their quality as well. Gosh, I hope I can still be able to make reservations after they got more popular....

The freshness of the food offered here for steamboat is super fresh. Staffs were polite and my experienced here was great. Spent NT$935 here for 2 pax which was slightly above average but its worth it. Maybe because we ordered too much add ons besides our standard meals.
