I really enjoyed my visit here. I got a large bowl of Vietnamese clean-stewed beef noodle soup (清燉牛肉麵) for NT 150. Tasted great, and the atmosphere was great. Owner was very friendly. Felt like I was visiting a friend’s living room.

這又是google帶我吃的一餐，比較特別的是這次老闆夫婦教我吃，除非是在地人或者說是要到果毅玩的遊客才有可能發現這家店，如果開車附近還算好停車。一般販售越南餐點的普遍環境都有點不太好，不過這家基本上衛生條件與整潔來說都很棒，如果敢吃香茅的可以試著吃他的越南香茅牛肉河粉，湯頭本身清甜又帶著香茅味，老闆推薦吃法是可以加一些魚露與檸檬，老闆娘是建議可以加他們家的辣椒，另外還善意提醒是用生辣椒製作但是很辣不要加太多，基於老闆夫婦的推薦就試著這樣加，味道來說又更有層次美味，只是讓人又愛又恨，因為我加太多辣椒所以偏辣，只是就是生辣椒本身的味道並不會造成口味變得很油膩，還是保持的清甜又加上檸檬微酸的口味，雖然很辣但還是一口接著一口，個人是覺得蠻適合夏天的一道料理。店家河粉也不吝設給很多，真的可以吃的很飽。法國麵包的話其實算不難吃，雖然一般法國麵包通常都是用肥肉比較多，只是吃起來很明顯的可以吃出肥肉感，個人是不太愛，但不至於到討厭。坦白說如果你是第一次來會覺得這家店的餐點真的不多，只是吃的時候就可以感覺出店家的用心，也有別於一般越南餐點的重油重口味，吃完也不會造成身體負擔。

11/23初訪 臨時估狗選的越式店家，我們點的河粉有很多肉肉，很不錯都不會小氣，湯頭也不錯，但男友不愛這種肉片，他覺得沒很好吃，春捲很讚，就是這種沾醬很好吃，我吃很多，越式麵包就比較弱了，麵包體鬆軟好吃很剛好，但是裡面的肉是用三層肉，我覺得太肥了不喜歡，多吃幾口就膩了，也許跟他的調味也有關係吧，老闆的服務態度很親切喔，很不錯，附近不是很好停車，綜合起來我給四顆星。

11/23初訪 臨時估狗選的越式店家，我們點的河粉有很多肉肉，很不錯都不會小氣，湯頭也不錯，但男友不愛這種肉片，他覺得沒很好吃，春捲很讚，就是這種沾醬很好吃，我吃很多，越式麵包就比較弱了，麵包體鬆軟好吃很剛好，但是裡面的肉是用三層肉，我覺得太肥了不喜歡，多吃幾口就膩了，也許跟他的調味也有關係吧，老闆的服務態度很親切喔，很不錯，附近不是很好停車，綜合起來我給四顆星。

Great food - I got the Vietnamese beef noodle soup based on the recommendation of the owner. Very tasty! They added so much beef to my soup too. The owners were so kind and patient with my bad Chinese too, and even made sure to explain different menu items to me....

Run and cooked by a lovely mother of three, this place offers homemade and clean vietnamese dishes--pho, bahn mi, spring rolls . Small menu but the two things we got are fresh tasting and we will certainly go back to try some...
