My biggest complaint is the staff and the unpleasant way they treated our party of 7. It's a Friday night and I wanted to enjoy a good time with all my friends. While yes we can be a little loud with laughs and story telling but we were in no way belligerent or acting inappropriate. I've never been told at a restaurant to be quiet and that's exactly what happened. Not once but twice! We had ordered soju and beer and it's too be expected. Who drinks in silence?? The first time was because they said a family said we were too loud. Which begs the question what do you expect on a friday night at a korean bbq restaurant? Go to a family friendly restaurant or go another day of the week. Or better yet stay home since people are too loud for you. Plus there was just the one family upstairs with us so if the restaurant felt the need to dissapoint 7 customers and feel like we should be in a library, rather, they could have moved the ONE family downstairs where it might have been quieter. There can be compromises to these situations. Also, the time was 9:45pm and the staff came by and said they were ready to clean up implying we should go. First off, maybe we were not ready. You dont close until 10 and if you want people gone so badly I just wont return ever. Didnt feel welcomed. Unfriendly staff. And you lost business of 7 patrons. Read more餐點好吃但是訂位時電話中的男店員態度很差!
事發經過:
我在5/31晚上電話訂6/4晚上19:00的位,訂位完成後電話中的女店員說會收到簡訊,記得去上面綁定信用卡,如果訂位時間超過沒來會被扣款400元(我們四人用餐),我可以接受,也覺得非常合理,掛掉電話後成功收到簡訊。
點進去簡訊連結看,網頁裡面清楚寫著6/3的23:59前綁定信用卡即可保留訂位。
為了怕跟朋友的聚會有可能有變卦,所以我計畫6/3白天跟朋友確認後再進行綁定信用卡的動作。
6/1晚上大概七點多,我人正在上班,看到餐廳的電話打來,但我正在上班沒辦法即時接電話,所以兩通電話我都掛掉。幾分鐘後我就收到我的訂位被取消的簡訊!
為了怕6/4跟朋友的聚會受到影響,我跟客戶一直不好意思趕快抽個空檔回撥給店家。
第一通響了接起來秒掛掉 馬上打第二通響了一陣子才接 不知道是不是報復心態還是真的很忙碌 總之第二通是一個男店員接的
接起來之後我跟他說明我在開會沒有即時接電話還有我收到取消訂位通知
男店員用非常不好的態度說:「對啊!你還掛我們電話」,在我說明網頁綁定時間後男店員又說道:「基本上我們是24小時內沒有綁定就會取消」我表示訂位時女店員沒有告知我,連結網頁裡面也沒有告知我,男店員又說道:「綁定是訂位完五分鐘可以解決的事情」(這段對話整個態度都非常的差勁)
礙於客戶在線上等我,我沒有多餘的時間跟他爭執,我請他重新幫我訂位,我讓人去幫我綁定信用卡。
掛上電話後,一直沒有收到手機訂位成功簡訊,所以我請人點進去舊的訂位連結裡面。
我的訂位還在,也沒有被取消,這樣那個取消簡訊是什麼意思?警告?還是只因為他打擾了我上班的時候我掛的那兩通電話?
雖然我請人馬上幫我綁定信用卡了,但是整個訂位過程非常非常的不悅!
當天準時赴約用餐完付款時有跟店內口頭反應,店員回覆不好意思,會跟裡面的人反應。
希望這樣破壞評價的店員可以好好跟他溝通,不然很好吃的美食被這樣的服務態度整個大大影響!心情很差勁!
可以五分鐘內綁定,也可以24小時內綁定,店家不管怎麼規定我覺得都可以,但是: 請讓訂位時口述跟網頁裡的資訊一致! 那位男店員的態度可以好一點嗎?
