Great ramen! The soup is simply a cream chicken soup, adding in a piece of lemon and finely diced onion help to reduce the heaviness. But leaving the whole piece of lemon inside the soup, on one side is more attractive but also leaves the bitter taste of the lemon skin into the soup when you don't eat fast enough. Removing the lemon earlier or just squeeze in the juice will be better. The marginated egg and pork are full of flavour. Noodle is normal, not particularly attractive. The staff was so nice and considerate to suggest us the soup broth to be light flavor for the elderly in which we planned to choose standard that may be too salty for them.
