2 of us being a long wait and final told that a 4-person table available but only if we met the minimum charge for 3 people to get in. The way this was handled truly un-respected. We’ve been regular customers for over 10 or 20 years and usually exceed the minimum charge without issue, but this experience made us feel completely unwelcome.

It was my friend and I arrived around 10pm, and the place was fully booked. The staff on the first floor informed us that there might be a chance to get a table during the 10:30pm intermission if any became available. As expected, a few groups left, but the staff did not seat us promptly. It was until after 11pm that we were finally told there was a table available — a 4-person table — but only if we met the minimum charge for 3 people. The way this was handled was truly...

Called them on NYE and they said that even thought they were full, we could come and try to get a space. We got there about 11.30pm and the girl at the door told us that they had no more seats and we asked if we could just stand by the bar and she said it was dangerous. We were a lil disappointed and asked if there was perhaps a possibility to get a drink, she flatly told us “oh no, we already rejected more than 30 people..” and we asked if we could just use the toilet since it took us 30mins to get here and she was like “it’s for customers only” seriously? You wouldn’t even let us use the toilet?? It’s not as if we didn’t want to be your customer. This is just bad form and really petty. Bad customer service....
