The food is fantastic, they change their menu weekly. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays, and are open from Wednesdays to Sunday. Wednesday to Friday, they are only open at night, so be aware of that. They don’t accept reservations, only first come first serve, and waiting in line. Unless you are there right as they open, you will most likely have to wait in line. They also require for all your party to be present before being seated. The space is very quaint, and not that large, it can fit around 20-25 people in a small space. Their menus work this way, every week they will come up with a new menu, which consists of two main courses to choose from (you can opt for the smaller or larger portion, NT180, NT210 respectively), they have an appetizer, a soup, a specialty dish, and dessert. I’ve been there on four different occasions and it amazes me the way they can come up with different menus every week, with culinary influences from all over the world, not just Asian. I believe the main cook was accredited in Italy as a chef, and has traveled around many places, thus the dishes they come up are influenced by different cuisines. Highly recommend this place. If you come by in a scooter, you can park outside or nearby. If you drive a car, it might be harder to find a parking spot. You can try a parking lot in Jiuru Road or there are a few parking spots in a public swimming...

又是一家隱身在巷弄內,低調的一家歐式(義大利🇮🇹)料理餐廳,菜單可以參考照片,內用沒有訂位服務,只能現場等待,但是吃完後感受到等待是值得的,餐點五大部分:1. 開胃小品2. 義大利麵燉飯3. 主菜4. 甜點5. 飲料。 本次餐點:栗子南瓜濃湯、旗津沿海帶-在地海鮮、法式巧克力熔岩蛋糕、喬百特調-葡萄柚綠,另外招待烤麵包、寶貝球(義式caprese 卡布里沙拉濃縮,是義大利國旗代表一包含馬鈴薯、油封蕃茄羅勒拌蝦、mozzarella 起司),一開始還擔心吃不飽,因為想說是精緻餐點,餐廳人員有特別提醒說放心會讓我有飽足感,果然每道菜都讓我感到驚艷,而且讓我盤盤清空。 栗子甜味適中,滿滿的南瓜濃郁的味道,寶貝球外皮酥脆羅勒鮮蝦也非常的Q彈,義式濃縮醬也非常的提味,主菜的部分一包含烙烤小卷、馬鈴薯泥、墨魚麵包丁石頭炒蛤蜊白花椰菜、蝦蝦片、醃漬海藻、烏魚子醬,各項食材互相呼應,搭配完美,其實主餐吃完後我就已經有點吃不下了,最後面的巧克力熔岩蛋糕外皮的部分充滿了巧克力的香氣內餡又搭配了流體熱呼呼的巧克力以及藍莓果粒,飲品喬百特調喝的到綠茶凍以及葡萄柚的果粒酸甜可口,剛好綜合巧克力的甜膩感,重點是如果去高級的餐廳這樣的食材這樣的料理水準肯定價錢要破千元以上,有一樣高級餐廳的料理水準,但是相對有平時的價錢,讓我直呼物超所值。

Nice restaurant within walking distance of the main train station. Friendly staff with good food. While the flavors are very good we found it to be slightly more salty than we like. The chocolate cheesecake with raspberry mousse topping was perfect. The seafood paella style risotto was very tasty and the flavors were spot on. This is the dish that was slightly saltier than we like.

There is a limited menu that changes regularly .

Does not serve alcohol which is a shame because the seafood paella risotto would have been truly great with a nice glass...

又是一家隱身在巷弄內,低調的一家歐式(義大利🇮🇹)料理餐廳,菜單可以參考照片,內用沒有訂位服務,只能現場等待,但是吃完後感受到等待是值得的,餐點五大部分:1. 開胃小品2. 義大利麵燉飯3. 主菜4. 甜點5. 飲料。 本次餐點:栗子南瓜濃湯、旗津沿海帶-在地海鮮、法式巧克力熔岩蛋糕、喬百特調-葡萄柚綠,另外招待烤麵包、寶貝球(義式caprese 卡布里沙拉濃縮,是義大利國旗代表一包含馬鈴薯、油封蕃茄羅勒拌蝦、mozzarella 起司),一開始還擔心吃不飽,因為想說是精緻餐點,餐廳人員有特別提醒說放心會讓我有飽足感,果然每道菜都讓我感到驚艷,而且讓我盤盤清空。 栗子甜味適中,滿滿的南瓜濃郁的味道,寶貝球外皮酥脆羅勒鮮蝦也非常的Q彈,義式濃縮醬也非常的提味,主菜的部分一包含烙烤小卷、馬鈴薯泥、*墨魚麵包丁*石頭炒蛤蜊白花椰菜、蝦蝦片、醃漬海藻、烏魚子醬,各項食材互相呼應,搭配完美,其實主餐吃完後我就已經有點吃不下了,最後面的巧克力熔岩蛋糕外皮的部分充滿了巧克力的香氣內餡又搭配了流體熱呼呼的巧克力以及藍莓果粒,飲品喬百特調喝的到綠茶凍以及葡萄柚的果粒酸甜可口,剛好綜合巧克力的甜膩感,重點是如果去高級的餐廳這樣的食材這樣的料理水準肯定價錢要破千元以上,有一樣高級餐廳的料理水準,但是相對有平時的價錢,讓我直呼物超所值。 It is another low-key European-style (Italian🇮🇹) restaurant hidden in an alley. 喬的義百種料理是由主廚—喬喬,所創立的義式料理店,因主廚會不定時更換菜單,因有「義百種料理」之名,也讓來訪的舊客有新的菜色可以嚐鮮,喬百在用餐時段生意非常好,當天雖下著能讓路上淹水的大雨,但到店時仍有多組客人候位,建議提早去現場候位,來訪前也務必查詢「FB或IG粉絲專頁」公布的營業時間,以免向隅。 奶油白蘿蔔玉米蔬菜濃湯 80 基底由玉米、白蘿蔔製成的蔬菜濃湯,上面點綴著綠色的羅勒油,湯體濃度由蔬菜泥提供, 喝起來會有蘿蔔泥的綿順感,並富有蔬菜的甜味。大塊的吐司丁鬆軟帶甜味,表面烤得酥,可以將麵包沾著濃湯一起吃,讓麵包體吸滿湯汁,一口咬下很滿足。 焗烤手撕豬可麗餅 150 最上層是滿滿的焗烤皮,由可麗餅包裹著手撕豬肉、洋蔥碎、番茄碎、小黃瓜碎,旁邊附帶少量蔬菜,手撕豬很軟嫩帶有香料味,一口吃下可麗餅,能感受到蔬菜的清爽,豬肉香和香濃的起司香。 紙包鮭魚搭配煙花女番茄義大利直麵 350 煙花女義大利麵(Pasta alla Puttanesca)的由來目前有兩種,一種是當地風塵女郎,在工作前會去吃飽補充體力的料理;第二種是一群肚子餓的客人,讓老闆在僅存無幾的食材庫存下,急中生智做出的料理,而不論哪種故事,煙花女就是由橄欖、酸豆與鯷魚,這三位主角所製成的經典義式風味。 紙包魚上桌時非常燙,打開烤焙紙時會有熱氣溢出,紙包鮭魚蠻大塊,調味適中,帶有孜然的香氣,麵中的配料有櫛瓜、蛤蠣、蝦子與軟體海鮮,讓麵體充滿海鮮的鮮味,酸豆和鯷魚讓味道鹹中帶酸,微微的辛辣感不斷刺激的味蕾,複雜又豪邁的氣味,就是煙花女的特色。 奶油嫩煎北海道干貝搭配綜合海鮮燉飯 350 除了眼見的干貝、蛤蠣外,還有蝦子和魷魚腳,高湯中應該還有蝦殼跟番茄,讓燉飯充滿各式的鮮味,特別的是燉飯裡加入筍子丁,增加脆口感也帶來筍子的甜味,米粒是使用台梗9號品種,熟度是吃得到米心的義式的口感,中型的干貝有三顆,佐著炙燒的迷迭香,表層微脆有漂亮的金黃色,中心維持生食的軟嫩口感。 芋泥鴨之芋罷不能 450 這道菜是本日最佳,一道菜中展現了多種形態的芋頭,芋頭片酥脆,芋頭千層外脆內鬆軟,芋頭慕斯帶有芋香和奶香,口感綿密滑順,蔬菜炒得清脆,玉米筍脆甜,肉品是風乾過的鴨胸,風味集中濃郁,皮酥且肉軟,中間的白色固體是65°C的水波蛋,這個溫度剛好在蛋黃的凝固點上,讓水波蛋形成特殊的軟綿口感,濃郁的蛋黃沾著鴨胸吃也是一大享受。 嫩烤松阪豬搭配蔬菜熱那亞青醬燉飯 350 喬百的青醬一直是我的心頭好,由松子、橄欖油、蒜頭、香草九層塔與兩種起司製成,是最經典的熱那亞青醬,比起一般的青醬,喬百的青醬充滿新鮮的青草香,與松子的特有的香氣,松阪豬表皮微脆肉質軟嫩,燉飯一樣是帶米心的熟度,搭著櫛瓜、松子、筍子丁,享受最清新的蔬食香氣。 沙絨巴斯 140 這道甜點即是鹹蛋黃巴斯克,一上桌時就聞到濃郁的柚子香和芭樂香,白色的果丁是文旦柚,果肉多汁甜中帶酸,芭樂丁的香氣非常明顯,在吃著巴斯克時,時不時地衝擊鼻腔,主體的巴克斯口感軟綿,鹹蛋黃的微鹹風味減輕乳酪的膩感,整體風味清爽,強烈的香氣讓人印象深刻。 蘋什麼奶酪 140 喬百的奶酪,不添加一滴水,口感滑順綿密乳香十足, 淋上鹽焦糖醬,讓焦糖香的甜膩一同浸入口中,奶酪旁佐著柚子、萊姆酒漬蘋果,添增水果風味,再襯著義式生火腿奶酥,微鹹微甜又微脆,多層次的風味與口感,讓平凡的奶酪躍升成甜點主廚的藝術創作。 總評 喬百的服務貼心充滿人情味,菜單會不定期地更新,讓顧客常保新鮮感,暖心的服務與有特色的高品質料理,是我回訪無數次的原因,在此引用米其林三星的定義「出類拔萃的料理,值得專程造訪」,而「喬的義百種料理」就是我心目中的三星。 2023/09/15
