Steam soup bao is not available. Pan fried soup bao is very nice, it went well with the vinegar. The bao skin is not too thick nor too dry. Just adequate amount of soup if you bite open the bao. Be patient, or you definitely will burn your upper jaw. All the baos are surely fresh as there are 5 or 6 staffs non stop making them. Must try!
