Dou Liu Ice Town — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

Visited this place after a hot scorching sunny walk to visit the Rainbow Arch. It is truly a homemade type of ice cream.

The texture may not be what one will expect of a creamy ice cream...it's an in between sorbet and ice-cream.

Operated by an old couple with a middle-aged lady. Apart from ice cream, they also serve beverages.

When we were there, we saw on the menu of ice cream available in large quantity by weight. We thought who would buy such a large amount, and indeed, we saw locals coming by to by by the weight....not grams...

Must try the 红茶冰淇淋，they usually add 2 - 3 scoops of milk flavored ice cream and gives a good mix taste with the ice tea. Also you should try out the pineapple and chocolate flavoured ice cream scoops (Both of them taste wonderful). Definitely worth the trip to reach this place when u reach the...
