If You 若你餐酒館 — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

Small cocktail bar located on the 30th floor of the Cozzi Hotel building and adjoining the hotel restaurant. Seating is cozy with small tables and a few booths. You can order food here, probably from the restaurant adjoining, but I'm not sure if the menu is limited. I didn't order food so won't evaluate it. Very little English spoken but the menus have English titles - which is not always helpful. The staff work hard to communicate though.

Their cocktail menu is impressive but basically unintelligible unless you can read Mandarin. Even the English titles are not often helpful. Out of curiosity my choice was Old Grocery Store. Not even Google Translate could help me make more sense out of it than this. It turned out to be delicious even if I never know what was in it.

Limited selection of beer and wine (as in, one bottle of red and one bottle of white wine to choose from). Good view of the city from the 30th floor, and that might be worth the journey in and of itself. If you're staying at the hotel then it's an easy stop off after a day of work or sight-seeing. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but if you're at the hotel, it offers some intriguing...

Came here for their Thanksgiving dinner promotion. They offer the whole turkey or by the plate. We ordered by the plate, but next time we'll order the whole turkey as the server carves it Infront of you. The turkey can easily feed a family of six. The meal also comes with the all you can eat buffet, drinks and pastries. Turkey had a good flavor, has tons of different veggies and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes where a bit cold. The buffet choices are a bit small but where also good. Plus you get a great view of Kaohsiung. We're planning to come back on Christmas Eve. The staff is friendly and helpful. I see a lot people come and take pictures of the view. I recommend you give them a try and call and make a reservation...

The view was just okay since we went there for afternoon tea. However, the choices are pretty limited. Plus, needed to order waffles before certain times if the staff could have telling us earlier will be great. The reason for giving the restaurant 4 stars because of the staff and the great cocktail which made me surprised. I’ve never gotten a “not bad” cocktail in KH. Btw, not big fan of the huge iced ball in the drink if could get rid it...
